MacArthur & Reno, I felt the need to share the great experience I had at this location last week at 4100 N. Portland OKC, OK. Honestly, I wish I had just gone back here today instead. The food was cooked, sauced, and seasoned perfectly. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was just as impressive. The managerāI unfortunately canāt remember her nameāwas extremely helpful and welcoming. The cook was also very friendly, as was the other male staff member working there. The atmosphere and energy was so pleasant that we decided to dine in instead of getting carryout, which was what we originally planned to do. That says a lot about how comfortable and welcomed we felt. Thank you all for providing such a great experience. Please keep doing what youāre doing! This is exactly what good customer service should look like. After dealing with the manager at the 500 S. MacArthur location, I can honestly say that location may need to send its management team here for training. The difference in customer service was night and day. Great food, great atmosphere, and great employees. Iāll definitely be back. I will not go to another location out of convenience.

Overall do not recommend this location and probably will not return.
