  This place is hit or miss. Sometimes I go and I get great food that is correct. But it seems like more times I don't get my food the way I ask for it. Or I'm waiting a long time for it. Today I waited 40 minutes! 40! When they finally brought my food out I was not offered any coupons or discounted future meals, instead I was offered cold french fries and lukewarm burgers. They said they were short staffed. But people behind me in the Drive-Thru kept getting their food while I just sat there and waited. There was also another car behind me that went in and got a refund. And another guy that was upset as well. I don't know what happened but I won't be back for a while, if at all.

  Ordered at 10:09pm, got my order after going inside. 5 other people either getting their order remade or waiting more than 15 min. Finally got my order at 10:55 pm. Seriously needs some help or training.

  I just dropped in for a snack rather than a meal. Ate the Jr burger on the way home and had 2 slugs in the chocolate malt before pulling in the driveway. Sadly, I dropped the malt while setting it down to open the door and somehow most of the contents shot out over my head and landed on my back. I was able to salvage about half a cup though so not all was lost.

  The chicken sandwich taste soooo amazing, they make it with love never disappoints, only down side they always forget my brownie but it’s okay I went for the 4th time and they finally remembered my brownie yayyy to them can’t complain I always go at night amazing service and amazing food love them fr they make me proud 🥲🥹

  To make it clear, I absolutely LOVE What-A-Burger. It is and will always be my favorite place to go for a fast food meal. However, this particular What-A-Burger at SW 104th & S May in OKC is, by far, the WORST one that I have ever been to - I’ve been to quite a few across several states. I have been to this one 4 times and each and every time there is something wrong. It’s like this place prides itself on how many orders they can screw up. I was excited to see this one open as it’s literally a half mile from me and I won’t have to drive 15-20 min just to go to one, but I’ve had an issue with each and every order I’ve made. So I guess I’ll be making that 15-20min drive in order to get Quality What-A-Burger, which is incredibly frustrating, to say the least… just do yourself a favor and go to the Chic-Fil-a next door. Your meal will actually be correct.
