  Don't waste your time complaining about a wrong order on the Whataburger website. I orded a burger with cheese. I got meat, cheese on a bun. They left off everything else. Didn't realize until I got home and looked at the receipt that said no mustard or veggies. Contacted them 2 days ago, not a word. Will not go back, will wait for the Garage to open!

  The cleanest Whataburger I’ve ever been to. Employees were sweeping rugs when I walked in, an employee immediately stopped what she was doing and went to take my order. Food came out hot and fresh as you’d expect from Whataburger. Love the new value menu too!

  I tried to pay for an $8 meal with a $100 bill and was told they could not break it despite it being 11:15 a.m. on a saturday. That wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't then end up stuck in the Drive-Thru line unable to get my food because of the way the drive-thru is set up. Zero of 10 experience do not recommend

  Horrible service I went through the drive through yesterday and the young lady named lyric was very rude when giving my food I asked for ketchup and she gave me ranch then rolled her eyes also my fries were VERY SALTY which is very upsetting because I’m diabetic when I told her about it she just sighed and walked away 0/10 never coming here again!!!!!!!

  If I could give this location no stars that would be better. I went in the drive thru and ordered a #1 and kids meal chicken bites. I paid and got my drink at 8:01 pm and I didn’t get my food until 8:33pm. The ONLY reason I got my food was because while they had me park in a parking space about 8 other people got their food fast. I got mad and reversed back to the window. They did give me my money back, and asked afterwards if I still wanted my food. That’s a stupid question to ask if they made me wait so long. This happened on 9/10. They need to train the staff and get a new nightshift manager. A Why have 2 drive thru lanes if you can’t keep up with the demand.
