  Been in line for 35 minutes. In fact I’m pretty sure I could have gone out to a pasture, killed a cow, skinned said cow, sliced said cow, cooked said cow, and still made it out quicker than this. I’m still sitting in this line and I’m getting hangrier by the second (my fault for coming to Whataburger already pretty hungry). I learned the whole dance to High School Musical quicker than it’s taking to get my food. I actually gave birth to my son quicker than it’s taking them to put my premade fast food in a bag. “Fast food” my butt. More like “Last meal food because you die in the drive through bc it took 400 years to get it food”. I am definitely owed some sort of compensation if you ask me. Do they know how much gas prices are? Too high to be sitting at Whataburger for 45 minutes. That’s right it’s now been 45 minutes of waiting and we’re STILL not to the window. Seriously. Hire more people or just shut down. This is pathetic.

  This locations burgers don't seem to hit. The meat on the last two visits is like they rushed it and just barely got it to a point that it's "cooked" as opposed to getting it to have a little charring on each side and getting it more well done which would be much better for m9st peoples liking. Same thing with toasting the bun it's just off. Not only that Define doesn't seem that fresh or like the best it could be either. Other than that it's hard to pinpoint exactly what the problem is but I can tell you this a lot of other locations make a lot better burger. The crazy thing is this was not always the case of this location. Hopefully it gets better because it is convenient considering the hours and proximity to my home but I won't be coming back for a while until I give it a chance and some time to improve. Outpost to pictures one with my burger and one you can compare the photo and see how well that was charged or charred around the edges and everything. Big difference between the photo and what you get.

  There should be no reason why order a meal on the app at 3:10 and I get here at 3:40 and it still isn’t ready not to mention had to literally CALLLLL THE STOREEEE to get them to come to the drive thru like, than continues to take the other cars order before gettin to me lmaooo bffr….Get a better night shift and not one little girl back there playing on her phone and playin with my damn food

  Can I just take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Cord E....who was working the register this evening while Ralph Downs had their fundraiser....who was so incredibly smooth about saving us from the most embarrassing experience ever! I'm just super grateful to you, Cord and appreciate you being an awesome human. I'm sure there was a look of pure panic on my face but he swooped in and saved me and the girls- and he didn't even skip a beat. You're the real MVP, Cord!! I hope your kindness comes back to you times 10. 💯💯🦾🙌
