It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Its a whataburger. Went mostly for the spicy ketchup. Smokehouse burger is pretty good but you definitely feel like your body is running on fast food grease after eating these burgers.
Also. Its pretty expensive for fast food burger despite being relatively large.

Food was great staff was nice to me. I got hassled by a bum in the dining room while eating not once but twice. And the staff just let him wonder around bothering customers. Completely unacceptable.

This Whataburger is usually so reliable about service and food but this time our order taker was mean, short, snappish, and bias. We finished ordering at 12:16 and had to wait til 12:38 for our food which was one combo, 3 strip, Med fry. We never used a negative tone or were short with her yet she felt being rude was an appropriate tone for us. They were busy but she should have never been mean or ignored us when we asked about the wait after 15 minutes. They had also served other customers in a timely manor yet left us to wait. Her name is Kaylyn W and I will be happy to supply the receipt as proof of purchase. As someone who also works in fast food, no one should be treated like that.

The food is good, but it takes forever to get food... They have you pull forward even when nobody else is in line to push up their numbers. Would not recommend if you have another option.

I'd fire the whole crew. The customer service was terrible. The whole order was incorrect.
Started with no napkins, straws. Both orders were wrong. The drink was out of flavor. The only actual thing they got correct was the
$29 they charged me for food. Save yourself the hassle, go anywhere else .
