  Disappointed that It took more than 10 minutes for them to make our order. Ordered their special burger and wings. The burger was dry, the meat was gray and rubbery, but most disappointing of all was the cashier barely spoke to us, never said thank you or please or kiss my foot.. This whole experience was extremely disappointing.

  It was exactly what I expected. Good food, great service, and overall I'd visit this particular location again because the store was clean, the food tasted amazing and the service was amazing as well.

  I make friends & have friends there , plus the food is real good . I've been going there for quite a while , several years .

  I’ve been here many times through the drive up and never had to wait so long. The manager finally after (at least 10 minutes) came to window to explain an issue. They did throw in an extra hash brown and did apologized.

  Had an excellent experience at What A Burger thanks to Operating Partner Gary Stevenson and Manager Christian. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish — both were professional, friendly, and made sure everything was running smoothly. The food came out hot, fresh, and tasted great. You can tell they genuinely care about quality and making customers feel welcome. It’s hard to find leadership this attentive and positive these days. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a burger spot, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. Great job to Gary, Christian, and the whole team!
