  Airport Tropical Smoothie did not disappoint again. It’s the perfect breakfast or light meal before flying.

  Normally I don’t like to get airport food but my flight was delayed so why not. It was my first time here and the nice blonde lady recommended the mango monsoon and chicken bacon flatbread. Service was great and quick. None the less I will be back again.

  Well just to give a heads up this is inside the airport so I wasn't really expecting much. There was a young girl with bleach blonde hair that were doing something behind the counter on the opposite side. And then there was a heavy set white lady whose teeth was jacked up that was in the back getting boxes and then she seen me already so she decided to go in the back chill do her thing with the boxes but she wasn't too far from the front. When she finally came out there was me and someone else then decide to take the order. Why I was waiting the toothless lady was taking orders but the young lady was cutting up doing all kinds of other services I guess to get other sandwiches and things done. I can tell they're short-handed and the young lady asked me what did I need it. I asked her if someone going to get you know my order, not being rude I just didn't know she was doing other orders to her her call out. Well I guess I'm trying to say this was the weekend so I guess to them this was a slow season? But maybe during the weekday it's a little bit faster. I rather go through drive-thru then go back to this one. At least you can do drive-thru or walk in and being in the airport it was very noisy.

  So, like most companies you don't understand or like customers very much. Not only did you change from a sturdy paper glass for smoothies to a thin plastic glass (terrible choice) but of course you downsized it by one third. And just to add insult to injury, you raised the price! So, you either think we're too stupid to notice or customer service just doesn't matter. Neither one is good for business. Bad form.
