  Got a few luxe boxes, missing things. Called to let them know and the manager says "Well, I made it myself, so I know what's in there.". I'm sorry, but I had it all out in front of me. Maybe concede that you could've made a mistake? Would've given zero stars if I could

  I love there food until my friend went into the restroom & saw some cockroaches and he said the back of the kitchen area didn't look clean at all, so there is probably bugs in that kitchen too.

  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! i came thru the drive thru last night at 11:35pm the lady with the red hair who looks a bit older is very rude , the way she took her order as if she didnt want to take our order then when i came to the window she gave me the wrongs drinks they weren't sealed properly , when i tried to let her know i had the wrong drink she kept shutting the drive thru window in our face , i didnt get my receipt no straws, no nothing i did talk to a manager or someone who said they was um she somewhat understood what was going on i dont know if she really did or what but um ms.red head needs to find another job if her customer service is like this. and also our food was cold so i dont think ill be back at this location unless better management and service happen to break through!!!!!

  I’m writing this based on multiple visits to this location, and the customer service has been consistently disappointing. As a delivery driver, I am not coming into the store by choice — I am there on behalf of your customers to pick up their orders. Drivers should not be treated like an inconvenience. We are part of the process that helps your business serve its customers. On both visits, there was no greeting, no clear direction on the pickup process, and when I asked simple questions, the responses came with noticeable attitude. It feels as if drivers are viewed as a burden rather than an extension of your service, and that is not acceptable. All that’s being asked for is basic professionalism — acknowledgment, respect, and clear communication without attitude. That standard is currently missing at this location. Based on these experiences, I would not choose to dine here, and I strongly encourage management to address this issue and reinforce the importance of treating delivery drivers with the same level of respect as any other customer.l
