  SAVE YOUR MONEY, SKIP THIS LOCATION!! Why did I receive one pump of cheese for an entire order AND after I paid for extra cheese? On top of my dissatisfaction in my food, service is awful, I have been threatened with my life, threats of gang violence along with claiming I “couldn’t be parked in their private parking lot”, by employees, at THIS (68 & May) location while I was waiting on my online order, placed & paid for not even 5 minutes prior. Another incident - My grandfather, hard of hearing, was picking up my online order with me in drive-thru & the employee switched into an EXTREMELY disrespectful tone all because my grandfather spoke loud while at the speaker, something he cannot control when he cannot hear, proceeding to ask if our order was complete a total of *8* TIMES back-to-back while receiving “Yes” EVERY, time. Arrived at the window only to see the woman who spoke at the speaker with her back turned & arms crossed standing at the window while EVERY employee on shift, it seemed, came up and stared at us through the window. SICK of the treatment I have received at this location by their staff and how they nearly NEVER get my order correct.

  Showed up for a DoorDash 2:30, store was not busy and the whole store was dirty. Stains on counters and trash and food crumbs everywhere. 10 minutes I couldn’t even get any of the employees attention and bike they were laughing and playing in the back joking about orders. One of their attention, then the employee started arguing and still didn’t get my food to me for another 10 minutes. Now my dash is late and the store is still disgusting. Employees have no regard for customers inside their store while they claim Line of their store. And they seem to not know how to get along with each other in the meantime.

  5 stars 🌮🚗🌮 Taco Bell in Lakewood Shopping Center is fast, fresh, and always consistent! Tacos, quesadillas, nachos—the Mexican-inspired classics hit the spot every time. Drive-thru is quick, modifications are easy, and late-night hours (closes 4 AM) are a bonus. Solid value in a convenient spot off May Ave. My go-to for quick cravings!
