  Quite honestly, I did not have a very good experience at this Taco Bell on 39th Street in Oklahoma City. I came in for an online pickup delivery, and it took a very long time to receive the order. When I walked in and tried speaking with an employee, the interaction was not very friendly or welcoming. Having worked in food service myself for many years, I understand that busy shifts and late nights can be stressful, but customer service still matters. Unfortunately, the employees working during my visit did not seem professional or attentive compared to other Taco Bell locations I’ve visited. Overall, I would not recommend this Taco Bell location at night based on my experience. Hopefully, customer service and wait times improve in the future

  Customer service was good but food, terrible. Taco has the smallest serving I’ve ever seen, quesadilla wasn’t cut and the cheese is not melted.

  The food was nice and hot. I can't complain about that. It was delicious. However, with the service, im not getting good vibes from. First off, the lady thay gave me my food slammed the window in my face right after giving me my food. It gave... aggressive and angry. I understand if youre having a bad day but dont take it out on people who got nothing to do with your bad day. Also....... with chips being $3 per serving, they will short change you on chips and forgot my Diablo sauce. Its not the end of the world but had to go back inside and get the correct amount of chips and my sauce and the cashier girl tried to refuse the correct serving (even though I was actually the nicest person in there when everyone else in the restaurant was obnoxiously loud and rowdy) and another employee had to step in to give the correct amount of chips. Its also kinda disrespectful when you just throw people's food in the bag and make the tiny amount of chips I was given go everywhere inside the bag and had to dig them out. Again, not end of the world but all these little things mixed together just make it frustrating especially when youre nothing but nice to service workers especially when it really is frustrating to work with the general public.

  Stopped by 2 get a burrito supreme with extra tomatoes, extra lettus & extra sour cream, to go. Had NO Sour cream, some tomatoes & very light lettuce. This is not the first time this location has messed up my order. Halfway home b4 I realize the problem. This is a convenient location but will have 2 drive someplace else. I am DONE with this one. Corporate, PLEASE do something about the lack luster service. They don't even try.

  They got an awesome crew, and I don't know if the older black lady a manager but she's the sweetest. God bless them
