  I’ve ordered here countless times. Every, let’s say, other order, there’s always something wrong. My food is always stuck to the wrapper, my chicken chalupa usually stale. Today, they gave me the wrong sauce for my nuggets and my grandma, my nuggets were hard as a rock, my chicken chalupa stale, of course, my taco broken. I guess I’m done eating Taco Bell in general; the other one nearby is just as bad.

  No one expects much from these chain restaurants, but ordered the nuggets unfortunately...... There were around 20 "nuggets" in a little box, No it doesn't normally come with that amount but they must have scraped the bottom of whatever they cook them in and gave a few edible nuggets then all the rest were pieces VERY HARD INEDIBLE pieces. My son threw them on the ground to hear how hard they were and they did not break!!! Pathetic I would post a Pic but I don't see the option to do so.

  Typically go through the drive-thru, service is great both in and in the drive-thru.

  If I could give them a zero I would. Never has my order been correct. And tonight when I went inside to get that fixed one of the employees in the back told me I could go ahead and leave. The only person that had any kind of decency or respect was the manager. Getting to the point where I'm not going here anymore. The fact that I watched an employee touch all over their face and then go towards the food makes me sick.

  Went to this location for the first time, there wasn't a long wait time, I think the employee could have had a better tone. It was after midnight, so maybe he was tired, but that's not an excuse. Food, i was very disappointed. I tried their crispy chicken nuggets meal and the "nuggets" were burnt and didn't look nice at all, so I didn't try eating them. Also ordered a crunchwrap and it tasted soggy, and if I'm not mistaken, it might have been missing what makes it crunchy.
