  I went at 11:30 pm, so not even when they are near closing, and yet not a single employee was to be seen for 30 minutes. The other cars and I obviously began to get agitated that no one was taking orders at the drive thru, so I drove around and saw that there weren’t even employees in the lobby. One car starts honking at the window, I start honking near the front doors, and then the employee finally acts like she’s on the clock again about 10 minutes after that is over. She refuses me service “because I caused a disturbance” and refused to acknowledge the fact that she ignored the drive thru for almost a half hour. I told her “so I can’t be upset that I wasn’t getting my food that I already paid for and you weren’t doing your job?” (Because I had ordered online) and she literally acts stupid and says “I did do my job. I served everyone in this line.” Yeah girl after 30 minutes of radio silence lmao. I got a refund a few hours later, but the employees here are goofy as hell and act like they don’t know how they’re acting.

  8/25/26 this company seems to prioritize selling drive-through orders before selling people in the lobby. It’s extremely frustrating to watch them prioritize orders that came in after yours. I shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes in the Taco Bell lobby to get an order.

  They were fast and very friendly and our order was perfect. This is the only place that gets our order right every time

  Staff was super nice to my toddler thats all i need!!! Food was hot n fresh!!! Bring back cheap meximelts!!!!!! Yes I'm serious

  8-5-26 12:02 am. Normally not a Taco Bell customer but I came to taco bell near my home and they happened to be understaffed but the manager Sam made everything work smooth an quickly. It always a great look to see someone have pride in making sure customers are taken care of. I will try and call to speak with anyone that will hear my praise of his work ethic. Thanks Sam
