If you don’t open at 7, change your hours please. I pulled up at around 7:20, no one answered.

I always have the best service here and even during busy rushes, they still make sure that everything they hand out is fresh. The staff is also always chill and super friendly!

Tonight I went to grab my son dinner on our way home and placed my mobile order ahead of time. Pulled up to the speaker between 8:50pm-8:55pm. Waited patiently for someone to ask for my name, but no one answered. Pulled up to the window at 9:02 to see if anyone was in there. No one. Waited a minute looking for someone, then proceeded to go to the doors where miraculously a person came quickly to the doors to lock them so I couldn't get in. I told her I had been waiting in line for 10 minutes and that there were 2 others in line waiting as well. She then proceeded to act like she didn't hear me. When I finally got to the speaker again at 9:07 she took my name then when I got to the window at 9:18 she refused my service because I was rude to her. She refused to give me her name and instead made the comment I am the ONLY BLACK lead manager here. I told her I wanted a name and still refused. Worst service I have ever received at this location.
