  My Burger patty wasn’t fresh it had been sitting and was black as well as the chicken nuggets dry and tasted old.

  This place is terrible, was disrespected by a manager,Kearney, inquired about the #8 foot long coney combo . When she totaled up order came up to 10.06, stated combo on menu states 8.99,Kearney stated the prices have went up,advised the prices on menu need to be changed. She then proceeded to tell me the regular combo price,ignoring the fact menu prices are incorrect, told me I can go somewhere else . This is unacceptable, terrible customer service ,save your time and money ,will be f/u with corporate Monday ! We went somewhere else and won't ever come here again !

  this sonic is genuinely the best location of them all. kiernan(not sure if that’s how u spell it) gave us amazing service. we came pretty close to closing time which i know isn’t the best but she was still very cheerful and helpful. this location is always timely, staff is always kind and food is always great!

  I want to be honest in this review because I genuinely used to enjoy coming to this Sonic. The staff has always been pleasant, polite, and friendly, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Yesterday, I ordered a refresher and drank almost the entire thing. When I got to the bottom after the ice had melted, I discovered a large chunk of burger meat in the drink. This wasn’t a tiny piece that could have accidentally slipped through a straw—it was a substantial piece, roughly the size of a quarter or larger. It’s a shame because I really liked this location and visited regularly. This review isn’t meant to be malicious or attack anyone; I’m sharing it so management is aware of what happened and can take steps to prevent it from happening again. I hope the team can improve quality control and pay closer attention to food and drink preparation moving forward.
