  this sonic is genuinely the best location of them all. kiernan(not sure if that’s how u spell it) gave us amazing service. we came pretty close to closing time which i know isn’t the best but she was still very cheerful and helpful. this location is always timely, staff is always kind and food is always great!

  I want to be honest in this review because I genuinely used to enjoy coming to this Sonic. The staff has always been pleasant, polite, and friendly, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Yesterday, I ordered a refresher and drank almost the entire thing. When I got to the bottom after the ice had melted, I discovered a large chunk of burger meat in the drink. This wasn’t a tiny piece that could have accidentally slipped through a straw—it was a substantial piece, roughly the size of a quarter or larger. It’s a shame because I really liked this location and visited regularly. This review isn’t meant to be malicious or attack anyone; I’m sharing it so management is aware of what happened and can take steps to prevent it from happening again. I hope the team can improve quality control and pay closer attention to food and drink preparation moving forward.

  Some of the other staff was rude in Edmond. But the lady that served me was very kind and professional

  If I could leave zero stars I would the food here is usually good no complaints on that but the services! My dear lord! Who ever the woman is working the drive-thru window today at this very moment at this time 04-29-2026 7:50pm is R U D E!!! If someone forgets their money and have to run home to get it and come back it’s not their responsibility you threw away the order things happen you don’t have to pop an attitude about it. Have a wonderful blessed day God bless you dear, you’re clearly having a rough day and taking it out on others is not okay nor lady like. This sonic will no longer get our business we’ll unfortunately have to drive out the way for another sonic but that’s fine to receive the type of service we deserve we will do so.
