  They waited 25 minutes to come out and tell me their ice cream machine was down. I asked if I could cancel the ice cream and he said he had to cancel the rest of my order to do that. He literally took the food I’d been waiting 25 minutes for and then I had to wait another 10 minutes for a refund. Definitely not coming back to this location.

  Heyyyy, you can never go wrong with Sonic! Yeah, sure, they introduce some wacky flavored drinks sometimes. But the old favorites are still excellent. This location is my normal go-to. They always provide great service, even when they are extremely busy.

  You all suck!! I spenp my money here and ask for my things to bed well done and it’s not then it take 15 minutes for you to get your food

  I normally make sure to order on the app at least 15 min before I pickup at this Sonic because their service is so bad. I did not tonight as it has been awhile and I forgot how terrible this one is. Waited 20 min for app order then got wrong item so got in drive thru line for another 10 min and assured I got the right item this time. Should have checked as we did not. Will go to ANY Sonic other than this one in the future.

  I came here every evening to get a drink maybe a snack (haven’t done so recently) but I came here last night and my oh my I will not come back to this location left at the drive through for over 20min for a mobile order that was ready by the time I arrived then my tea was sour my burger was cold and my tater tots where freakin hard oh an let’s not forget the extra time that had be sitting there for about 40mins in total I’m very upset about this I dont see how any of this was justified some action needs to be taken against the worker that worker lasted night because there was no reason it should have been handled like that considering they where dead not one car much rather go somewhere else entirely
