  6/4/26 8:45 p.m. I ordered the new $7 big meal deal with NO MAYO. My husband ordered the spicy tropical burger and onion rings. WHAT WE RECIEVED: Three burgers and broken-up onion un-rings. Two drinks My burger was cold and full of mayo when I requested NONE. The chicken bites and tater tots were NOT included. We recalled the car-hop and requested the items that were included in the order, and c/o burger having mayo when I specifically requested NONE. My husband's burger was very plain. Just two smashed patties, a slice of cheese, and nothing else. No pineapple/jalapeño glaze. No lettuce, pickles or anything else. The girl brought the rest of my order, but failed to bring the dipping sauce for the chicken bites. We asked for some ketchup, and got attitude. The only things correct were the drinks. My husband was so put-off by the experience. I had to beg him to go to Sonic in the first place. It will probably be another year or two before we go to another Sonic...maybe never. 😭

  No one appeared to be working at 6pm on a Wednesday evening. I waited along with many other cars pulling in and driving though. No service.

  Right up the road from my house. Super convenient to order online and pick up on my way home.
