  I'm really tired of paying for ranch and not getting it. If its 0.25 cents for a ranch and I pay for 1, I expect there to at least be 1 one in the bag. I don't need 2 or 3, but i at least need the 1 that I paid for. This is the 2nd time this has happened, the 3rd time it happens, I will not come back. And I understand, the employees who don't care will say "oh wow, 1 customer. We don't care. He's a nobody" but, as someone who works in fast food, I also understand that multiple customers who feel this way in Oklahomas market can make or break a business. "We've been open for 30 years, its just a ranch." Well, thats what multiple businesses that shut down think in the beginning. Smh

  Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and there was any bacon on it, Also asked for a footlong with chili and onions and all I got was a naked footlong and onions. This location does not know how to take an order correctly. Go to a better sonic for better service
