  During the day is the best time to go. A lot of the times at night, they close early for no reason. Night crew hide when you show up.

  Food was horrible Fry’s hard you could clearly see they was fried twice and they was cold Only thing in the Meal that was fresh was the bun .. Burger was old and dry I order 2 plan burger meat and Cheese only that they put sauce and cheese and bacon .. Who order was messed up !! Will never be back 27 dollars wasted all food was trashed Tried to feed it to my dog and he wouldn’t even eat it

  The service at night sucks you got workers on there phone and there’s this white lady with blonde hair I Guese a manager I don’t know but she doesn’t need to work there always has a bad attitude I already made a complaint once and I went today an got the same attitude acting like can’t nobody see me I went up there on my scooter and she told my mom she can’t order because it’s only for vehicles then we knocked on the doore to see how we can order because the middle one was blinking off an on so she was probley ignoring it she said I can’t be in an out because of safety reasons at night but yet she was smoking out side right before we pulled up and then she said I kept talking an no one was answering and no one was even talking I hope someone looks at the cameras an fires her because who else is dealing with this an not saying anything this isn’t ok then she said she can’t take our orders but this ain’t the first time she’s done this her attitude is bad an no one wants to be treated that way I will be calling corporate again right after I talk to Cody I believe his name is which is morning manager because this is twice and twice to many with this other people might let this go but I won’t this is horrible being treated like I’m trash like if u don’t want to work there an ur job is that bad qwit

  Rudest lady! She decided not to serve us for no reason… after waiting at the speaker box for a while. My 16 yr old daughter, said "Hello”. And a lady finally responds and says YOU DONT HAVE TO DO THAT, JUST PULL UP TO THE WINDOW! As my daughter proceeded to the Window, she asked my daughter… Do you have a mobile order? My daughter said no, then the lady said… where you the one that said HELLO? My daughter answered YES, then the Rude Lady told my daughter You can Go somewhere else… and slammed the window at her, and told her ”We don’t do that here” I went and asked her nicely at the window why she was being so rude to my daughter, the lady said; WE DONT DO THAT HERE AND YOU CAN LEAVE! and slammed the window at me! She came back to the window seeing that I didn’t leave, and told me she had called the cops and I couldn’t block her drive thru! Meanwhile I was the only customer in the drive thru. I asked for her name to make a complain to Sonic for this awful experience with customers service! There was no reason for her to treat sonic customers with a disrespectful manner!
