  Last week the drpepper was out and it was watery, they also just changed it so idk why they didn’t run the drpepper before serving it again. anyways I went through the drive thru a second time and got another water drpepper and gave up. Also there was only one person at the sonic today besides me…Not sure if the girl that was taking my order today was training or not, but it took about 5 minutes just to order just a simple cheeseburger and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I already spent so long on my order I just started saying “sure” to get it over with and whatever was on my screen was going to be my lunch but I guess someone else fixed the order before it came out, not sure why they didn’t intervene when the girl was fumbling with my order… I was being patient but I was just about to give up and drive away to get better service elsewhere. Now I know to never come back here.

  Took this location over 10 minutes to bring out 3 large Coca Colas. Horrible.

  It is a stay in your car and eat or get it to go. I recommend getting the app, as they offer lots of good discounts and points for free items.

  We ordered drinks and waited over 20 minutes, which was a little frustrating, but the employee was very apologetic. The drinks tasted great, as always. Sonic usually gets the drinks, ice, and ice cream right every time. I am not as big of a fan of the food, though. Overall, it was alright aside from the unusually long wait.

  If I could give a zero I would they stole money from me I bought two numbers sevens the Oder amount came to 23.01 there credit card machine wasn’t working I gave my card to the bell hop she took it inside I was charged @9:15 pm for 23.01 and then charged @ 9:16 for 23.01 so I was charged twice adding up to 46.02 I talked to two different managers about it Cindy and the other day manager and they called me a lying saying they can’t charge twice the can if the time is different you can’t do it in the same min I was training in management for restaurant so I know this I talked to the bank and they said it’s sonics fault and sonic manager refuse to make it right or refund the money they stole even though I’ve shown them that I have two complete transactions on my bank that they charge me for they are Thieves
