  It took about 25 minutes to get my food at the drive-thru, and they gave me the wrong order; I imagine the reason was that cars were leaving the line to go elsewhere due to the long wait.

  I went through the drive through to order a cup of ice after having already spent nearly $50 on food and drinks. I used the tap to pay at the window and the girl working heard and saw the transaction complete meaning it deducted the money from my account. The girl comes back to the window and says it didn’t go through so she gets her manager who says he’ll have to charge me again for the ICE because it shows as pending on their end even though it was clearly deducted from my account. $1.40 and as a manager you’d rather lose respect and a customer over ICE??! I hope that dollar helps yall reach whatever goal it is you’re aiming for because I’ll go to tropical smoothie and pay higher prices for respectable customer service.

  Tell me why they messed up my order, TOOK IT BACK (and yes I licked it), shot me a rude look like they didn't believe they did it wrong, then replaced with a new one that looked like they threw it up and stepped on it. Lost a repeat customer today, unbelievable.

  Couldn't get my order correct after speaking to 3 different people. Then watched the manager rage out in the kitchen from my stall. Rude staff. Definitely need an overhaul in management. Dont Come to this location
