  They have literally went from bad to worse. I went today my receipt number or check number was 120. The person at the window was Zoe. First I was at the window for seven minutes before they even handed me my drink. She handed me my food and close the window. I sat there for another two minutes for her to come back because I was asking if I can get some ketchup. The attitudes are horrible. It was about nine people in the inside and it was a guy outside, spraying the grounds with water. This experience was just really bad. Then I go back to work and eat my food and the cheese and the meat is very old. This is definitely a concern of mine. Not only was I treated poorly. My time was not respected, and then the food was horrible.

  Morning people are great. Kind, courteous, makes sure we have napkins, sauces, etc. Evening crew, drinks covered in syrup. Thankfully we had some napkins, wiping each of our drinks as theyre handed over. 1 of which was incorrect. Why charge for additions just to leave them out? But if they didnt care to wipe clean the drinks when applying lids, or when the hop grabbed them, why would they treat the remake any better? No thanks.

  Food was not hot,,fries tasted as if they were soaked in grease and burger was dry and our shakes were not all that!

  Food was not as good on weekends as it is on weekday. Tasted like the oil was old.

  I ordered $6 meal on the app. Order came out in 10 minutes and looked accurate. But the coke they gave me was so watered down I had to go back through the drive through for a new drink, after almost getting home. They also didn’t give me a straw both times they handed me a drink. The staff are nice when you talk to them but must be seriously understaffed or something. Somethings always off at this location which stinks because I love Sonic normally
