  waited 30 minutes just for A drink when they could’ve simply brought it out while i’m waiting for the car infront of me overall don’t go here

  Employees suck! Slow timing dry bread cold tough meat soggy old oil fries. Ridiculous. Ignorance is not an excuse.

  I am in awe of the service and the food at this Sonic. 3 trips in a row to this Sonic, and it took 15 minutes to get the order the first time. 20 mins. The next time and this time, the app said the order would be ready at 1:16pm. We left the drive-thru at 1:50pm (Seems to be a pattern developing). Only one car in front of us. My Sonic breakfast burrito only had 1 tomato, 1 Jalapeño, and 1 tot. The tots were greasy, and I don't believe they were cooked through. Needless to say, I did not eat this food. When you say something to the young black man, who is the employee, he has an attitude of passive aggressivenes/gaslighting. His Customer Service is! “I'm gonna gaslight you, and get the customer upset, and then say look how they are acting, I did nothing!” This is unbelievable behavior!!! My 4th visit to Sonic in a row where this kinda thing happened. They are not telling you, tort law will not apply…

  Isn’t even that busy we’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for our food that we ordered aHead for while watching others who got here after us get served first.

  Super slow for being lunch time. Not even that busy bug still super slow. Employees walk like they have nothing else to do no pep in their step no moving to get the next order out
