  The quality has really gone down they are so greedy with their toppings and basically everything. Their burritos got way smaller. They’re like mini burritos. They used to be huge. Their tater tots are old and hard. They hardly put any flavor in the slushes or limeaids. They just suck altogether. So in conclusion, basically they made everything five times smaller, tripled the prices, and are greedy as heck with the toppings and sides. All just to save a few cents……. And double up on their profit.

  Met my sister for lunch, we enjoy this place we meet here at least 1 time a month. Food is good and we get to visit. We have a good time.

  I waited 15 minutes for a scheduled pick up order that I ordered in advance via Sonic mobile app. I ordered two kids meals with drinks. The drinks were similar in flavor but differed in add ins. One of my children has a citrus allergy. When the car hop handed over the food and the two drinks I noticed that the drinks weren’t labeled. I asked the car hop which drink was which and she replied with “I don’t know I didn’t make it”. I then asked her if she could remake the drinks and label them (because my child has a citrus allergy). The car hop did not respond and snatched both drinks from my hand. I addressed the situation with the car hop but she did not have any comment with how she handled this situation. The car hop brought both drinks back out again being unlabeled and verbally told me which is which. After being handed the drinks the second time I drove home and trashed both drinks. I wanted my child’s drinks to be labeled to avoid an allergic reaction and did not received any common decency at this establishment to provide that, This sonic location has the poorest customer service out of all of the south OKC locations. I was my family and I were treated poorly. I will no long be returning to this location.

  10+ minutes for 3 drinks is a bit slow.
