  Online order incorrect at pickup, short one foot long. Almost half an hour later we still don't have the rest of our order. There are 2 cars in the stall and drive thru has completed at least 3 orders. Carhop was a sweetie, manager sucks.

  This sonic is already iffy after today I probably won't return as a customer I'll just drive to the one down the street Ordered online using the app and waited 30 minutes for the food to come out they brought kids from in the kitchen loaded the car took bags of food to their car just sat there and we're just goofing off the whole time my food was getting cold my kids food was getting cold and this is just very inconsiderate staff that's all

  past couple times i’ve came in here i haven’t had good service rn im sitting waiting for my mobile order, one sm nugget thats it nothing else and ive been sitting here for over 15mins! 3 people got there food and mind you theres at least 3 people working if not 4 someone could have gotten my order out faster. i literally had to come through the drive thru after that in order to get my food editing for the 3rd time just got my food cold as hell like it was in the fridge teach your employees better! didn’t leave till 11:12 pm and ordered it at 10:44 i live across the way and only takes me less than 5mins to get there!!!

  Ordered a #3 with no cheese and no tomato. Got nothing at all on it. Had a side of tots, got a total of 5 individual tots. They didn't screw up the drink by some divine intervention. Had a BOGO breakfast burrito coupon. Haven't opened them yet cause they are my husbands, will be surprised if they have egg in them. $21.80 for this? Ripped off. Double thinking going to sonic ever again.
