Wenr through drive ro get my son a kids meal and the ocean water slush tasted sugar free so I told the manager and asked for it to be remade and he tells me it will taste the same and he remade me a cherry and he wasn't liwing it was just as bad this is the only sonic that tasted like we were given sugar free slushes when I didn't request it and the whole crew had shitty attitudes like they hated they job no customer service at all....I won't be back ever
i got to the drive through at 11:48pm, sat quietly for over 10 minutes trying to give Victor time to handle the one car at the window prior to my arrival, after well over 10 minutes, and a car flashing their lights edging towards us we asked if anybody was there multiple times, heard faint voices, and announced we were unable to hear and would come to the window. when i arrive at the window, Victor takes off his headset & asks me FOUR times “what did you hear? who told you to pull forward?” as he rested his arm on his chin, with an EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful tone, forcing us to come back through the drive through just for them to take the car behind us and get them in & out, meanwhile we had to sit another 20 minutes at the speaker being ignored before i was forced to order online.The entire time being the only car in the drive thru. Victors service was unacceptable. Didnt say anything to us when he brought us our order after refusing to acknowledge us for well over 30 minutes, just gave it to us and rushed back in.
I know I always check the food before departing, but I didn't this time. I was given a completely different order, not what I wanted at all. The guy who handed the food was awesome and proficient but the food was not what was ordered
Like any other sonic. Good, cheap, greasy food. Service can be slow here at times.
Stopped by when the lot was empty, but it was a bit of a struggle. I had to press the red button twice just to get an answer, and since my full order wasn’t on the screen, I had to ring a third time to fix it. I asked to pay for an extra honey mustard, and the carhop kindly said she'd just throw it in the bag for me.
The order took quite a while despite no other cars being there. On top of that, the food seemed over-fried, and the slushy was a total mess. There was no courtesy done to wipe the excess slush off the sides, so I had to clean the cups myself before I could even put them in my cup holders. When the carhop brought the food out, she apologized twice but realized she had still forgotten the honey mustard. She seemed new, stressed, and unhappy, so I didn't want to make a fuss. I still tipped, but as I sat there, I watched multiple other cars pull into stalls and leave after being ignored. Management really needs to support this staff, they are losing business. Please retrain them.
