  I tried ordering a meal through the drive thru. I asked for a meal, got a burger and a drink, no fries. Food was not good anyway. Most of it ended up in the trash, unfortunately. Will not be coming back.

  I mean I get it it’s fast food but I over tipped and got the wrong order after hard work and not eating all day. But the worst is every time I go there and ask her ranch they never dang bag Not bad or anything just a little annoyed I don’t know if they can’t hear through the system or something, but yea

  slowest and worst customer service from employees of any sonic in okc. drive just a couple more minutes to the one on expressway in order to get the service you pay for. ordered a brownie blast, says brownie blast on the receipt, yet the blast i received has no brownies and only chocolate shavings. while being handed this drink, i got said 0 words to me as well. 1 star from me! :)

  I generally don’t eat at sonic, haven’t in a long time but decided to at this location on North May, and may I just say the order taker, was an absolute delight. So very polite, and extremely helpful. She knows her job! Food was fresh, and hot! Only thing negative I would say the speakers need some updating it’s hard to hear!

  I attempted to order food. However, the girl was whispering through the microphone. She made me repeat the order for five times still never got the order right and then got attitude with me. Terrible terrible customer service.
