  More than half of the order machines were broken, and they got our food mixed up after 35 min , and were not even polite this was one of the worst fast food experiences that me and my family ever had

  Waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks and a medium fry and tater tot had to call the store so they would bring my food out and still waited 10 mins after calling to get my food remind you there was 5 people working and when I pulled up there was only 3 cars multiple cars drove off finally when I did get my food it was old and cold the lady who did the car hop for mobile orders was rude and when I asked are y'all low on people working she said no no one is working the stalls remind you there was 5 people working in there worst sonic ever will not go back and this is not the first time it has been like this this is the 4th time I have went and waited over 30 mins for a drink I'll never return going to be calling high management this is ridiculous
