  I don’t give a bad review unless it is truly deserved. We come to this particular Sonic occasionally as we travel by this location. The speakers dont work so they leave items out & then have an attitude the entire time they are taking your order as if it is the patrons fault. Very unprofessional. This has happened the last 2 times we have been there. The people correcting the issue bringing the accurate order are sweet but whoever is taking orders inside has awful customer service skills from the 1st sentence. You can tell when the nice ones try to help that they deal with this all the time doing the damage control for the internal staff. They cook in old grease much of the time & can be tasted in the food. It is very poorly ran- consistently. The woman taking orders should absolutely not be in customer service. If she is a manager, she shouldn’t be one.

  Pulled up to stall . Lady comes on intercom. I order 3 small oreo cheesecake shakes. Sm told they are completely outta cheesecake. So I ask if they can do vanilla and oreo. She says yes then disconnected and went to next person. I set there til that person's drinks came out thinking, she didn't just disconnect with me without taking my order. Yup sure did!!! Wth... poor service for sure.
