  I get being short staffed but taking 30 minutes to get 3 drinks is Pathetic... Not even Happy Hour.

  The only negative comment I can give is the slow service in drive thru. Making a slush shouldn't take over 5 minutes. Have the cars pull over if they have a large order PLEASE!

  We try to be "loyal" to the Sonic at 7500 S. Choctaw Rd. because we know the workers well and pass this store once or twice a day. But they always seem to be out of essential items (esp. in the evening): everything from ice, lids, and straws to large cups and drink carriers in the past. But tonight was horrible. We just ordered 2 Oreo Blasts on the app and checked in. We had to wait quite a while because they were extremely busy, but then a car hop came out and said, "We're out of Oreos. Would you like another kind?" We switched to Heath Blasts and waited longer. When the Blasts arrived, the car hop handed us the first one and announced, "We don't have any spoons." (When asked, "How are we supposed to eat these?" she just shrugged! She did not offer forks, straws, or alternative items.) We took them anyway, and my wife found some plastic forks in the glove box. The store was apparently out of whipped cream topping and cherries, too, since those were missing. Both cups had ice cream dripping down the sides, and we were not given any napkins. When we finally arrived home, we discovered that the Heath bits were only in the top inch or so of the Blasts. The rest was plain vanilla ice cream. Not a pleasant experience at all. Very disappointed in both the food items and the service. Seems like better stocking of products and better training of car hops should be the orders of the day.
