  Management is beyond extremely poor. Treats employees like trash. Frozen food was dropped and still cooked. Unsanitary. Manager Addie is horrible yelling at employees while customers are in the building. There is absolutely no air conditioning in the building.

  Did a mobile order on the sonic app and sat waiting for 20mins for our food while the drive thru was moving cars one after another poor service

  Manager - Courtney - Horrible! Sorry to the Owner of this Sonic but I will drive 4 miles out of my way to a different Sonic. They forgot partial of my order and Courtney and staff weee rude because I asked for a fresh order.

  I assume the extra slow service is due to the company having hard time finding help. Guess the teenagers are too busy playing games on their cmptrs

  I didn't get a receipt on a $16.?? Order! I gave the lady $17. She turned and walked away from the window and didn't offer to give me my change. When I tried to place my order at the speaker, I ordered a 44oz diet coke with lemon. She repeated back, 44oz diet coke with cherry. I said no and repeated it. She never spoke to me again. She came outside with a 44 oz diet coke with cherry BUT that wasn't even all of my order. I was trying to order two 44 oz drinks and cheese sticks but she cut me off before letting me finish. My experience was not positive at all. I will go to a different Sonic in future. I was treated disrespectfully and didn't appreciate my experience with thie drive thru person at all.
