  Whoever the woman working the drive thru Sunday July 5 around 9:30 was so incredibly rude and condescending that I had to leave. She had a terrible tone and attitude and was incredibly snarky. A couple times her mic cut out and I asked her to repeat herself only to be responded to incredibly rudely. My apologies that I wanted to ensure my drink was diet and make sure mustard wasn't put on my burger. I have noticed a pattern with this sonic in particular where the customer service is less than stellar. Hopefully management takes this as a sign to work on adjusting that. I won't be returning anytime soon to this location (which is the closest to my home).

  A huge thank you to Kristie at CarHop! This afternoon, we stopped by for a replacement order after our order from the night before was completely opposite of what we had requested. Without hesitation, Kristie came right out, spoke with us face-to-face, listened to our concerns, and assured us she would make things right. Not only did she follow through on her promise, but she did so with kindness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. It's rare to encounter someone so willing to take ownership of a situation and genuinely care about a customer's experience. We are beyond grateful for the way Kristie handled everything and for turning a frustrating situation into a positive one. Thank you, Kristie, for going above and beyond—you are truly appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
