  You see I have it in stone that y'all did not give me my order my name is Victoria luinstra y'all want to lie and say that y'all did not get my order to day some one there cancel my order and doordash said it was y'all that did it not them I have proof that it was this store that did this today to me and yes my husband called the police and they have all our information and they looked at my order and y'all did this y'all are responsible for replacing my order that y'all missed up on y'all end not mine or doordash

  Had a very bad experience with this location. First time back in April 2026. 2nd time as of recent August 9th 2026. The carhop rep was very rude & nasty. The burger I was served was hard, old & the modifications requested due to an allergy was not implemented. Instead they served what they wanted to & bypassed a customers request. I then went to return the food & was giving another set of uncalled for “attitude” and dismissal treatment. I will absolutely never share business with this location! And from the previous reviews… it looks like they need new staff. New training. Or…. Simply close the location down. Lastly, the customers are who keeps the lights on. You shouldn’t be in this state of business if you don’t like serving the community, which is what you’re hired to do. Doesn’t make sense to me… but I digress! Wish I could had uploaded pics to conclude my recent encounter. However I was so eager to get out of there after requesting a full refund.
