  I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no pickles and got pickles. I ordered mozzarella sticks and they weren't done

  When you order with NO onions that means NO onions. It even said no Onions on the order screen.why is it such a hard thing to get as ordered ? My smash burger was covered with onions, but didn’t notice it until we were in our room at the Ellison Hotel. We were in town for our granddaughter graduation, it was almost 10:00 pm, they were not busy at all, really shouldn’t have to open everything in the vehicle to make sure it is correct! But should have expected it, the girl Taking the order kept interrupting me and say “yup, yup! Sonic trainers really need to train them to Listen to how they sound from the vehicles!

  This sonic is ok the atmosphere is ok food could be better coming out of the fryer what ever cooking oil is being used tastes awful so I mainly get burgers and hot dogs

  I was in the drive-through. There was an older lady that was really rude. Her energy was so off. I know people have bad days, but I will not be going back. I got something for my son. It was old and it was not warm, but I had already drove off. I keep getting wakeup calls to stop messing with restaurants. Do it yourself. This place I would not recommend for anybody and inside the window. It looked really dirty, but what are you expect from sonic. Also, I was the only one in the drive-through and it took like 15 minutes to get a pair of mozzarella sticks. Crazy work. I used to deliver truckloads to them. The grease use to be really dirty and the floors were super greasy. I really don’t know what I was thinking because they were all like that. I wish I could give them no stars, but I wish them the best. Just not my money anymore.

  Food was okay, service was great! Strummer helped me out by giving me extra sauce even though I forgot to ask. Quick service and good milkshakes.
