  Had a very bad experience with this location. First time back in April 2026. 2nd time as of recent August 9th 2026. The carhop rep was very rude & nasty. The burger I was served was hard, old & the modifications requested due to an allergy was not implemented. Instead they served what they wanted to & bypassed a customers request. I then went to return the food & was giving another set of uncalled for “attitude” and dismissal treatment. I will absolutely never share business with this location! And from the previous reviews… it looks like they need new staff. New training. Or…. Simply close the location down. Lastly, the customers are who keeps the lights on. You shouldn’t be in this state of business if you don’t like serving the community, which is what you’re hired to do. Doesn’t make sense to me… but I digress! Wish I could had uploaded pics to conclude my recent encounter. However I was so eager to get out of there after requesting a full refund.

  Whoever the woman working the drive thru Sunday July 5 around 9:30 was so incredibly rude and condescending that I had to leave. She had a terrible tone and attitude and was incredibly snarky. A couple times her mic cut out and I asked her to repeat herself only to be responded to incredibly rudely. My apologies that I wanted to ensure my drink was diet and make sure mustard wasn't put on my burger. I have noticed a pattern with this sonic in particular where the customer service is less than stellar. Hopefully management takes this as a sign to work on adjusting that. I won't be returning anytime soon to this location (which is the closest to my home).
