- PAPhoenix Ashes3 days ago5.0We had a not so great experience that was turned all the way around by a wonderful manager there, Rachel. We learned that she recently transferred to OKC from Texas and to say she is exactly what this location needed is an understatement. She was delightful, Kind, sincere, helpful and accommodating. In a world where people just show up for the paycheck, you can genuinely tell she shows up to take pride in her work and the team she is a part of. We noticed her as she walked the restaurant even before fixing our issue, greeting customers and brightening up the entire room. Every company should be so fortunate to have an asset like her within the folds of their business.

Food was ok but over priced compared to Texas road house. lol I walked in and nobody greeted me. Everybody in the back talking hanging out like they don't want to make money. I will not be back

Both of us had steak: mine med-rare and Husbands was med-well. Both were perfect! Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Since this was our first time he gave us suggestions. It was pricey for us but well worth it. Will definitely come again.

We had a party of 20, which I understand is difficult to manage but the server didn’t remember who ordered what, so splitting the bill was a 30 minute nightmare. We were there for a total of 3 hours to order, be served, & get bill. I’ll never return. Texas Roadhouse is cheaper and way more tasty!
