  If i could give thus place zero stars I would! All I got was a lot of black charcoal meat on my meat and not much meat and my moms chopped beef sandwich she had so much black char on her sandwich she had to pick most of her meat off! And it was absolutely horribly gross!!!!!!!!! And they are cheap on all their meats! Plus they charge too much money for no good meat! Plus its nasty!! As crud!!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat at any RUDY'S BQ! especially this one memorial! Used to be good! Now they're not! And just plain awful! Too expensive too! And the quality of their meat is absolutely horrible! Won't ever ever! Eat their ever again!! Plus the black burn char on their meat causes cancer! don't eat there! And I don't see how anyone eats the black charcoal on meat on their meats!

  Absolutely the best turkey sandwiches around. Add the three bean salad and I walk away happy every time. Staff is friendly and store is always clean. Can you ask for more??

  On 3/25/26 around 1:00 PM, my husband and I visited this restaurant, which we frequent weekly when in town for work. We ordered a brisket sandwich and a loaded brisket potato, only to find both dishes consisted entirely of fat, with no actual meat. This has never happened before but it didn’t feel like a result of oversight—the person slicing the meat clearly knows the difference between fat and meat. This level of quality is unacceptable, and it significantly diminishes our confidence in returning.
