Update: RH reached out personally, apologized for our experience, refunded our entire meal, and explained the steps they’re taking to address the issues we encountered. While the evening itself was disappointing, I was very pleased with how professionally and thoughtfully they handled the situation afterward. Their response went a long way toward restoring my confidence in the brand.

RH Rooftop is absolutely stunning. The ambiance, decor, and overall atmosphere are easily a 10/10. It’s a very beautiful space.
Unfortunately, the rest of the evening didn't come close to matching the setting.
My husband and I, along with 2 friends, were genuinely excited to finally experience RH Rooftop. We enjoy dining at upscale restaurants regularly and make a point to seek out unique dining experiences every month. We understand that premium pricing comes with premium expectations, and unfortunately, this experience fell well short of them.
The biggest issue was the service.
Our dinner lasted 3 hours—not because we were leisurely enjoying the evening, but because every step of the experience moved at an incredibly slow pace. After being seated, it took approximately 20 minutes for our cocktails to arrive. Once drinks were delivered, it was quite some time before our appetizer order was taken. After finishing appetizers, we waited an extended period to order additional drinks and our entrees, but our server simply wasn't returning to the table.
At one point, all four of us had empty glasses and still hadn't placed our entrée order. We eventually had to flag down our server ourselves just to continue the meal.
What made this especially frustrating was that the restaurant was not busy. It was a Thursday and there were several empty tables throughout the dining room. I am always willing to extend grace when a restaurant is clearly slammed and the staff is stretched thin. That simply wasn't the case here.
As for the food, most dishes fell into the 7.5–8/10 range. Good, but not particularly memorable.
The roasted potatoes were especially underwhelming—dry and lacking flavor. The lobster roll was solid, but not exceptional. In fact, I'd honestly choose a lobster roll from Cousins Maine Lobster food truck at a fraction of the price. The Chinese Chicken Salad was enjoyable but not standout. The salmon was good, though nothing particularly memorable. The charcuterie board was excellent, and the oysters were easily the highlight of the meal—fresh, flavorful, and fantastic.
The final disappointment came when the bill arrived.
Our total was just under $500. We informed our server that my husband and I would be together on one check while our two friends would each be on separate checks. We were then told the restaurant could not split the bill and instead needed us to provide the exact dollar amount to charge each card.
So, after spending nearly $500, I found myself pulling out my calculator and manually allocating charges for three separate cards. For a restaurant positioning itself as a luxury dining experience, this was honestly baffling.
To RH's credit, we did speak with a manager before leaving. She was pleasant, professional, and listened to our concerns. However, by that point, the damage had already been done.
Had the service been exceptional, I likely wouldn't have written this review. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the food is perfectly decent. But when you're charging luxury prices, guests expect luxury-level service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
We won't be returning.
For those seeking a truly exceptional dining experience in Oklahoma City, We’ve had significantly better experiences at MAHT, Sedalia's, JK by Chef King, and Dougla.
A beautiful room can make a great first impression, but it can't carry an entire dining experience.
