- KDKirk DanaMay 13, 20265.0Love Qdoba tasty food, quick & friendly service at the NW Expressway & Rockwell location we eat here at least once a week & always leave full & happy my only gripe is that both fountain drink machines dispense terrible diet coke (and I've tried some of the other diet brands & flavors but they all are about the same) my solution is to buy a 20 0Z bottle from the to go cooler! Other than that I highly recommend Qdoba and I just finished another great meal as I write this😁

However, the last two times I've been this past month, the quesadillas(what I usually order) have been so sloppy/messy and not cut all the way through and the beef seemed a tad over charred. They need to have a better designated place to pick up online orders. When they are very busy, I feel rude interrupting them to grab my order behind the counter but I also do not like waiting 10 minutes for it when my food is already done. This only happens before 4pm. If it's after 4pm then they have a separate designated place for pick up and it is fine.

Bryan provided outstanding customer service—he made my meal exactly how I wanted it with no hassle at all. As a vegan, I really appreciate when my preferences are taken seriously, and he absolutely delivered. I love keeping it simple with beans and rice, and he made it perfectly. What stood out the most was his positive attitude—he kept a smile on his face the entire time and even cracked a few jokes, which made the experience feel welcoming and fun. I’m a regular here (at least 4 times a week lol), and I’m also familiar with the other Brian who usually helps me out, so it was nice to have that same great energy. All in all, tonight’s service was a 10/10. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back!

I saw from line handling shrimp with their hands and then touching other serving utensils used for different foods. They need to be much more careful, as many people have allergies to seafood, especially shrimp. As someone who is allergic just like me , I was very uncomfortable when I saw that the shrimp was placed next to the meat and that everything was being handled without proper care. Because of this, I immediately left the restaurant for my safety.
