  I had a delivery order. The app said the driver was on the way so I expected my pizza to arrive fairly quickly because I live really close (maybe 1.5 miles). Waiting for 30 minutes just felt wrong like something happened to the driver. I called the location to ask about the status. The manager did not know that the driver had already taken my order to be delivered so she stated that she is working on a really big order and when it was done, she would bring the pizza herself. I agreed to that and hung up. Right after hanging up, the driver was at my door with the pizza. Based on the urgency of the driver, I could tell she was doing the best she can. I told her thank you and to let the manager know what happened. The pizza was great, the driver was friendly even though she was super busy, and the manager at the store was offering her personal time to get the food to me. I could hear all the people in the background being super busy. This is why I gave them all 5 stars.

  I came here for a supreme pizza I got a medium one there was no toppings on it there was hardly any cheese and it was dry as hell. I'm requesting a refund having a hard time. The cost of this medium dry Pizza was over $22. It will definitely be godfather's for me the next time 👍 The manager did give me a full refund I definitely appreciate that although it was a hassle.

  Placed a delivery order. Waited over an hour and a half before attempting to call. I called 3 times, first time they hung up on me. And the last two times they placed me on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up. Never received my delivery order.

  Ordered a pizza to our hotel last night. I called and they were out of thin crust. Whaaaa? Thin crust is all I eat. I hate hand tossed and deep dish. So I asked if they would add 2 toppings to help choke it down. Denied! Wanted to cancel it but was to tired and hungry. Anyways I went ahead and ordered that nasty doughed pizza and figured oh well. This was a Sunday night around 8pm so said they were pretty slow and be about 30-35 minutes. Actually took about and hour and 5 minutes. I admit though the pizza had more toppings than usual huts and taste was solid for that gummed up nasty hand tossed crap. So I have them a 4. If they would’ve had thin probably coulda got a 5.

  I had an amazing experience at this location today! As soon as I walked in, Holly at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and an awesome attitude. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything with my order was exactly right. It’s rare to find customer service that genuine anymore, and she absolutely made the visit better. The manager on duty, Annie, was just as impressive. You can tell she runs the place with pride—she checked in to make sure everything was good and made the whole atmosphere feel welcoming and well-organized. Both Holly and Annie made the experience feel personal, professional, and way above the usual. Great service, great people, and great food. I’ll definitely be coming back!
