  Pizza had a bad taste asked if it could be re made they said they could not just because I don't like it.

  Every time I order from this store the food is never ready they literally start your order when it’s suppose to be ready for pick up. Then they say they are backed up and want to give you attitude because it’s not their fault. I think if they are running behind on orders that should be reflected online when ordering.

  I had a delivery order. The app said the driver was on the way so I expected my pizza to arrive fairly quickly because I live really close (maybe 1.5 miles). Waiting for 30 minutes just felt wrong like something happened to the driver. I called the location to ask about the status. The manager did not know that the driver had already taken my order to be delivered so she stated that she is working on a really big order and when it was done, she would bring the pizza herself. I agreed to that and hung up. Right after hanging up, the driver was at my door with the pizza. Based on the urgency of the driver, I could tell she was doing the best she can. I told her thank you and to let the manager know what happened. The pizza was great, the driver was friendly even though she was super busy, and the manager at the store was offering her personal time to get the food to me. I could hear all the people in the background being super busy. This is why I gave them all 5 stars.

  I came here for a supreme pizza I got a medium one there was no toppings on it there was hardly any cheese and it was dry as hell. I'm requesting a refund having a hard time. The cost of this medium dry Pizza was over $22. It will definitely be godfather's for me the next time 👍 The manager did give me a full refund I definitely appreciate that although it was a hassle.
