  Me and my wife have been going here for the past year mainly around lunch time the lunch manager is always so sweet and takes care of us and knows my name every time I come in and the food is always great tasting food. I’m very happy my wife decided to order from this Pizza Hut one day because now we come every week!

  Horrible customer service, the "manager" who said his name was Chase, was very rude and unhelpful. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for my order, after they told me part of the order mistakenly did not get put in the over, they still did not provide the order. The employee was very jittery and nervous and strange acting like he might have been on something. Not sure but I'm surprised they would allow a person if his temperament and non-professionalism to operate their store. When i originally walked in there was a customer in front of me that was irritated that their order was incorrect.. very unprofessional and I would agree with the other reviews about not ordering from this location.

  Rewarded some students with a pizza party, and paid for 3 large pizzas. A parent was kind enough to go pick these up for me during the school day, and once she got here, I discoved they gave me 3 medium pizzas. I had to scramble to find a plastic knife and cut the pizzas so I had enough for all of the kids. Called the store just to see if I could get a refund for the extra money I spent. The manager put me on hold for about 30 seconds, told me he checked the cameras, and the cooks made larges. The general manager got on the phone and said there's a nationwide shortage of medium pizzas (how does this happen?) and that you can't even order a medium pizza from their store. I'm a teacher with 8 days of school left. I'm exhausted and have to choose my battles, but the managers here got on my last nerve. Pizza was mid, but paying for one thing and getting another was annoying.
