  Ordered boneless wings. Asked for some ranch for dipping at the counter. The lady said, "it's $0.98“. Whaaaaaaa?" you want to run a debit card for $0.98"? Are we going to start charging for Ketchup with French Fries?

  Both times I ate here it made me sick the next day. It took longer than it should for a store 6 minutes away as well. Usually around an hour after it says it is out for delivery.

  The place is literally an ICE BOX. Its already cold outside and this place is FREEZING! The air conditioner blasting.... either the heat is broken or they dont want anyone to come in sit and eat. Service gets 5 stars as the young man at the counter just started and has excellent customer service skills and in my opinion should look for anither place of employment.... this place won't stay open much longer being run like this. As for us.... we wanted to come in and SIT.... we have just opted to change our order mid service to GO! ITS JUST TO DAMN COLD to enjoy yourself in here.

  I'll start this by saying, I'm the RGM of a Pizza Hut in another state; thanks to that, I accumulate rewards points, and use them to eat free when I travel. It was the night of February the 4th, and we had just arrived at our hotel. My roommate and I ordered a large hand-tossed pizza with garlic parm sauce, half chicken/italian sausage/bacon, and half Italian sausage/bacon/banana pepper. I special requested that they sprinkle Hut Dust on our pizza (a key clue to our demise later!). Upon delivery, our driver was excellent: she explained which box had our extra sauces, brought all requested cutlery, and had our drinks ready and cold. Please, thank you, have a good night. Amazing work! The pizza, however? Half of our pizza was devoid of toppings and cheese. As I said before, I'm the RGM. I run the cut table during rushes, and I know what it looks like when a pizza has been flipped over. None of the toppings were in the box, I assume they fell off at the cut station, and were abandoned. The part that cements what an intentional choice this was, however? After the pizza was put into the box, missing half of our toppings, the hut dust was sprinkled on there anyway. They never intended on correcting my pizza, it looks like they just hoped I wouldn't notice. Your cooks did great with a properly stretched Hand-Tossed crust, it met corporate specs well for the most part, but the lack of care ruined this for me. The only things driving me to give 2 stars instead of 1 is our excellent delivery driver, and the fact that this reminded me and my own staff to never send out a mistake. Cutting a hundred pizzas in a shift with one mistake sounds like good metrics, but for the customer, that's the only one they'll see.

  Awful are pizza came all messed up and ugly and tasted underbaked.We found a hair in are pizza so disgusting I’m disappointed.
