Y'all I don't understand. How are y'all open? First off the delivery guy didn't get out of the car BOTH times he came... That's fine, whatever ... But when I called to tell him I didn't order the cinnamon sticks that I'm allergic too, I ordered the philly cheese steak the guy at the restaurant was nice and said he will make one and get it delivered but the driver called told me "no no it's ok u can eat it" and I'm like NO I LITTERALLY CANT and told him i will just drive up there but insisted on him having the cheese steak and was on the way. Finally got it, after walking all the way to the street... And now my Alfredo, first off they said it's " fettuccine alfredo" but they don't use fettuccine noodles. I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo, and I don't eat pork, which is why I got chicken, and they had ham sprinkled on top of it as if it was parmesan cheese or something. Which was weird so I scraped that off. But it was impossible to find the noodles, because they were all stuck to the bottom and there was only like five or six of them. It was literally all mushroom and sauce. And chicken. No noodles whatsoever. And it did not taste. Good. At all. The noodles were entirely overdone as well. It's like they just gave me the ones that were scraped from the bottom of the pan. I'm sorry but this was awful. And I paid 60 bucks. That's a lot of money. I'm sorry especially in this economy. It's RARE when I leave bad reviews, But I had to, you guys gave me no choice.
I ordered a small pizza with two sides of ranch (which they charge for) and a piece of chocolate cake. I picked it up at their store on Penn. The employee gave me blue cheese dressing instead of ranch, which was really disappointing. The pizza was okay but had a ton of sauce. Chocolate cake was great, but tiny. It was barely wider than my fork. I wouldn't order from them again.
The restaurant itself is in a sketchy area. It's really small, but it does have tables inside.

I wish I could give negative stars!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I’m not from Oklahoma, and this was both my first and last time ordering from this Pizza House.
We placed an online order, but after waiting for over two hours, we still hadn’t received our food. Every time we called to ask about our order, we were told to contact Uber. However, there was no way for us to reach Uber directly, and we were told that multiple drivers had been assigned. No one could give us a clear update or take ownership of resolving the issue.
What was most disappointing was the customer service. When we called again after waiting more than two hours, instead of trying to help or apologize, we were told that we were making someone else’s order late—even though our own order had already been delayed for hours.
Whether the issue was with the restaurant or the delivery service, the lack of communication and concern for the customer was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will never order from or recommend this restaurant.
Don't really understand what went wrong. I've lived in Oklahoma City three times in over 40 years. I have never stopped to visit this place. Yesterday we decided that we wanted to order pizza and we called our order in on the number that was on the flyer that we received. The same number shows on the side of the building. However when I got there in the down pouring rain I went inside they did not have our order. As a matter of fact I seemed to have trouble making them understand that an order was placed with the lady that answered the phone but they just kept interrupting me and asking me other questions. So I finally gave up. Under other circumstances I probably would be tempted to go back at some point but after going inside and seeing so many people working and not paying attention to customers that were standing in the restaurant. And the restaurant was so dirty. I won't ever come back. So I guess what I'm saying when they read this... you need to clean up, paint, wipe things down. It's nasty in there.

The last two times I’ve ordered from this Pizza House at NW 23rd & Penn, OKC, OK I have been sorely disappointed. The food has gone down hill to the point the Calazone doesn’t even taste the same. This time the delivery got here quick but two of the pieces of large Calazone, were crispy and the other TWO PIECES WERE RAW, WET DOUGH on the bottom. Both times the Calazone (now) has huge slices of onion, and the meats have changed too, compared to how they used to make it - plus the crispy vs. wet issues have obviously changed the flavor. This place used to have the best calzone in town, now, not so much. It was made clear what you thought about your customers and your food when you put that crispy/wet mess in a box and sent it out to sell.
