- VAVell A5 days ago1.0I had multiple charges on my account from Papa John's for the same order and when I tried to express my concerns and confusion about the issue with the person in charge I was treated poorly and rudely. She argued with me and made me feel as if I was wasting her time so I got off the phone with her because it was so upsetting. My husband got on with her and she began telling him she wasn't going to listen to anything he said because he was yelling even though I could hear that she was the only one yelling and he only raised his voice because she wouldn't let him speak.

I ordered through the Papa John’s app, ordered a “Deal,” and when it came time to track the order, was told it was being delivered by DoorDash, and to track it there. The Papa John’s App charges and COLLECTS a $5 delivery fee that goes to the local store. On DoorDash, I have benefits with $0 Delivery. I punch my same order into the DoorDash App directly, and lo and behold… $6 cheaper (tipping of course accounted for). So the Pizza Hut local store collects an extra $5 for delivery from me, for a pizza they don’t deliver themselves. But farmed it out to a service I get free delivery with, and would have ordered directly through to save money and give them my business. This is a scam and will stop ordering from Papa John’s if this continues.

Took me back to when I first had them and got hooked lol. I'll have to continue to order after hours so I can get great quality pizza every time!
