  ordered online. pick up and the amount of time taken was HORRIBLE. I was in line for over 15 mins with only 1 car in front of me the entire time. the car behind me found a small space to exit and left. there are still 3+ cars behind me. the car in front that has been waiting received nothing and sped off. the worker was then quite rude with me after that

  The new fresco drinks aren't very good. Made with weak lemonade(?),zero carbonation and the only cherry flavor came from it's look. The food was decent and service was fast.

  I had not been to panera in 3 years. I had a really heartbreaking day. I needed something for dinner...comforting food. I decided on a bread bowl with broccoli cheddar soup. I want to say JAMEELA was nothing short of an angel from God. Her energy was inviting...she was guest first interaction (cashier/front counter staff) ...her spirit was kind, her tone gentle as I share I was not having a good day. She wasn't dismissive...she said she was sorry. Suggesting maybe a cookie would lift my spirit...it did !!! And a refresher...🥰 I love this for your store. The public has options. How you treat customers will make a difference in the end. Jameela, I pray you never lose your beautiful spirit in this often cruel world. Your parents should be proud! Thank you for being a light on my dark day ! PS.. the refresher you suggested was yummy, cookie too ...my bowl, soup and sandwich yummy as always.

  Food is good as always, but don’t fully trust the accuracy of your online order. I was missing 2 sides and didn’t realize it until I left.

  This place has gone downhill. Just read all of the one star reviews. How anyone can give this place a five star review is beyond me. I have not been there just this one time. I have been there a few times. One time I tried to order the bagel Tuesday deal because it was on the app, but it wouldn’t let me order it and I went in and talked to the manager and he was so rude and Very rudely said I don’t do that at my location. So I walked out. I never should’ve gone back. But I did because I’m a glutton for punishment. Another time I ordered Cinnamon crunch bagels and not only did they shrink, but there was hardly any cinnamon crunch on them. I did a survey and I heard from the general manager and he said there’s nothing I can do about the size, but I guess we can work on the crunch amount and he put a credit in for me in a binder to come in to get 6 bagels although I originally bought 12. A couple of weeks ago we went in for sandwiches and our feet were sticking to the floor. We got home and looked at our sandwiches and they both looked like semi trucks had run over them. $27 for our meal. I asked for a paper receipt and the girl wouldn’t give me one. I got a survey and the general manager responded and told me that he would send me a you pick two for my time and trouble and then he never sent it. I wrote again asking him when was he going to send it and he never answered, so after 5 days, I finally went onto the app and contacted Panera directly. They credited my Panera account for $30 and apologized for the mess that we were served. We used the credit tonight and we went to a different location today and it was much better. We each got a sandwich and I ordered four cinnamon crunch bagels. Not only were the bagels bigger, but they were loaded with cinnamon crunch. Something the Memorial location just continually fails to produce. I am submitting three pictures. One is the marketing picture of the sandwich and the other two pictures are what I received. We all know that marketing pictures are a joke, but I also don’t expect to receive a steamroller sandwich either.
