- RBRobert BowenMay 13, 20265.0I ate lunch here and loved it. I haven't had a Bloomin Onion in years. It was delicious! I ordered the grill chicken and fried shrimp plate. It was cooked perfectly. My waiter was very attentive and helped me with my order. He was very professional.

I ordered cheese fries with bacon and ranch, and my daughter, who is only three and a half, needed to use the restroom. By the time we came back, the entire table had been cleared. However, the manager Bryce and our server Desmond stepped in and truly made it right. They were so apologetic, they gave us fresh fries, drinks, and even provided a toy for my daughter. They kept checking in, had great conversation, and really set the tone that this was a genuine accident. I completely understand, especially since it was Mother’s Day, such a busy time. But they went above and beyond, they boxed up my food and truly showed that human connection and excellent customer service that can sometimes be missing during busy times. Because of them, I’m changing my review to five stars. Thank you so much!

The best thing was broccoli, which is pathetic. I usually just let it go, but the food is so overpriced, I was angry enough to leave a review. Bottom line: Come here if you want financial punishment with no reward.
