  The worst location to get your food from. Go to the one down the street. The kitchen staff is full of young adults/teenagers that blast music and talk, joke around instead of working. You’ll be waiting 10-15 mins for an order even if you’re the only one there. Even if you order ahead by doing curbside you’ll be waiting 15 mins for a kids meal. I had to go inside one time because they had my waiting 20 mins and they were literally just playing music and talking. Pretty crazy

  The guy attending was talking in the drive thru with the laziness voice I have ever heard, and after that a hair on a McFlurry, disgusting

  I had a great experience the food was amazing fresh and hot, restaurant is always clean and they have an outstanding service.

  This McDonald's location has consistently went down over the last few years. The service is slow no matter the time or date. The food is never fresh and barely warm. The NW Expressway and Council location is so much better. It's like night and day.

  Every Sat, my mother wants McDs before going to dialysis. The same guy is always on drive thru, doesn't greet, and will not speak up so you can hear him. I have asked numerous times for him to speak up cause I cant hear him, he keeps the same tone. Get the same experience when paying. If he doesn't want to be there so early on a Sat, he needs to go cook or find a different job. I bought this to management's attention a while back but nothing has changed. They clearly don't care about customer service.
