  Stopped here real quick before running errands and it did the job. Food came out fast which I appreciated. Nothing fancy, just your usual McDo, burger was decent, drinks were cold. Place was a bit busy so the queue took a little while. It's convenient enough when you need something quick and affordable.

  We came here after a family day at the science museum. The kind kid working up front allowed us into the restrooms. I went into the women's looking to change my toddler. After a short look around, there's no changing table. I went back out and asked if they had a koala table and he said in the play area bathroom. We go in there, (me, my partner, my 2y/o) I pull the table down and it is open far more than the standard 90°. If I just put my kid on it, she would've been dumped on the floor. We had my partner hold the table up while I changed her a fast as I could. We go to exit and I made sure to tell the young adult up front. He was kind and said hed make sure someone knew. We got in the car and decided to just grab a bite here. We order on the app. We ended up doing 2 orders because we forgot an item. We get checked in and sent to the second window. When we pulled up, the young lady areadly had a snippy attitude, she began giving me our drinks. *fun fact ig it added 2 of a drink when I know I only added 1 to my order.* she goes to give me a 4th drink, a copy of the 3rd, which I swear I added 1, I said I didnt order 2 of those, she snaps back, yes you did, im stunned saying no it was a sprite berry. This kid argues with me saying "im looking at it right here." "Do u know what u ordered?" Last I checked a simple "it must have rang you up for 2, may I see your receipt to verify?" And like explain or go over it from there. Not to mention her joke of a manager comes up "WHAT, WHATS WRONG?" Idk what happened in there but it seemed like they wanted an argument. That's crazy. We also never got our second order. She perked the food out the window to me and pulled it shut when I grabbed the second bag. We got a chicken sandwich which was well over cooked. I understand people have a bad day, but dont work the front line if thats the case. Maybe talk to people in a better manner as well.

  Took 36 minutes to get our food. Was not very busy at all. Watched the manager take about 5 minutes to get 4 frys into bags.

  This location requires a code to get into the restroom. Staff does not give this out. They have to escort you to the restroom. They will be extremely annoyed and rude if you dare waste their time asking if you can use the restroom inside the restaurant where you paid to eat food. Employees do not wear name tags and will not give their first names upon customer request, to try to avoid complaints.

  Removing Star for no changing table for babies. Ended up having to change our baby in one of the booths 🤦‍♀️. Plus having to have an employee open the bathroom door is inconvenient. Removing 1 Star for service as well. This is the second time we've been here and the second time they've forgotten parts of our order. Food is always hot and fresh though. They also have a play place for littles!
