  There was a mixup on the type of drink we ordered. We gave them the receipt to show what we ordered, corrected the type of drink but were only given the small size. When I told her we ordered a medium she said that is a medium. No that's a small. $3 for that drink and she didn't give the receipt back.

  Monday evening I ordered pickup. Stall 3 and I received a email receipt. Order never came out. I called the manager and he said I never ordered. I told him I did and I have a receipt. He said I never completed my order and hung up. I went inside the restaurant and the manager would not talk to me. He walked away. I said. Sir. SIR. EXCUSE ME and he just continued to turn his back on me. Then on the PA system it said. Man in striped shirt. You are no longer welcome in our store leave or police will be called. I have a receipt never received my food. Manager young and dressed sloppy and rude. No name tag shirt tail out First time I ever encounter a rude unprofessional manager at McDonalds. Especially dressed sloppy 2 weeks after my problem. They still have not refunded my money. It's not the money it's the principle of it all. No longer do i trust the mobile app. I will never eat at McDonald's again The picture is of the manager that would not talk to me. Very sloppy for a manager !!!

  Made a online order said that I had to wait for it wouldn't give me my food said that he couldn't do my order but I'd already paid for it and I was in a rush to get to work all at the same time that's why I ordered ahead

  Fries were cold, didn’t get sauce had go threw drive threw again, girl had headphones on when I went back into drive threw for my sauce.
