  Cold 1/4 pounder served to me as carry out order. Was a special order burger so no reason for it to be colder than the room temperature in store. Order number 1671 at 14:46 Tried calling them since I was 2 miles away before taking a bite and no answer, go figure, this location has been drive through only since covid started last year.

  Morning service is just horrible. Can never do frappes in the morning because they are “cleaning.” Have waited on them to take my order for at least 4 minutes. Doesn’t seem like much... but it is.

  Completely unprofessional. Never have I ever waited 15 min for a mc chicken and and sm. Fry. One of the 4 girls was talking mess using language that inappropriate for a work place with customers waiting. 3 people standing around NO one helped the lady making the sandwiches... I won't EVER BE BACK! I've been in Customer services for 15+ years... this was unacceptable!
