- ABAlex BorjaApr 23, 20261.0I did a mobile order for a shake and a McFlurry. When I got there my order was processed and when I got to the window the girl said that their machine was down. Usually I don’t have a problem but I wasn’t able to cancel my order in the app because they processed my order knowing they don’t have ice cream to serve. If you can’t sell a product turn it off in the app so your customers don’t waste time and money going to your establishment. I’m more irritated I can’t get a refund than the fact you don’t want to serve ice cream.

The McDouble was absolutely DELICIOUS, the cheese was melty and bun was buttery, like fresh off the grill! The service was friendly, food was hot, this is a great spot for a quick bite to eat!!! Great job McDonald’s on May, keep serving up smiles!
