  the white haired manager didnt let us play one round of pool because it was “6 minutes” till close even though theres 2 other tables full of people playing pool. also we got upsaled $30 per person for playing all activities and only got to play 2 games of laser tag.

  Our experience at Main Event was exceptional, due in large part to the outstanding service provided by Nathan and David. Both demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality throughout our visit. Rather than simply fulfilling their responsibilities, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was enjoyable and seamless. What distinguished Nathan and David most was their ability to combine efficiency with genuine warmth. They were approachable, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever being intrusive—qualities that exemplify excellent customer service. Their positive attitudes contributed significantly to the atmosphere and left a lasting impression on our group. Employees like Nathan and David are an enormous asset to any organization. They represented Main Event exceptionally well, and their dedication to providing a memorable guest experience is absolutely worthy of recognition. We look forward to returning.

  Had what I hope wasn't a manager named David borderline harass me and my family trying to upsell us on things we had already previously declined several times. I was very clear while talking to him and he tried to guilt me into feeling like I was letting my son down not taking his badgering and just paying for things we didn't have any intentions of doing. Paired with half the games being broken and not working, it felt rough man idk

  Okay, yesterday was my oldest daughters birthday and we went into this PLACE, WHERE WE GO ALL THE TIME ( mind you we WONT be taking our money bk here anymore) because we LOVE IT, we’ll USE TOO! So last night we came to visit to celebrate our daughter’s bday , well 1st the service was NOT TOP TEAR, she was OKAY! ( she told her other co-workers : THEY DIDNT TIL ME) mine you I hadn’t TIPPEF HER YET BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING FOR AN ATM, because I wanted to giver her CASH! 2nd I ask for help on the GAME FLOOR, the two guys in blue shirts was TOO BUSY PLAYING A GANE THEMSELVES TO HELP ME SO they called for someone else to help me, that guy was AWESOME ( he had a disability ) he came an HELPED A GIRL OUT!! ( should of gave the tip to him) then my kids wanted to the HUMAN CRAIN , THE LADY THAT WAS HELPING US SAW US IN LINE, so she came an helped us! Well the guys standing there working the HUMAN CRAIN machine , asked me : WHAT DID SHE SAY: I told him, oh she asked me if we wanted to do this she would take care of it! OHH HE WENT OFF AN CONTINUES TO TELL ME : SHE ISNT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT, like I can do anything about it ( I’m a paying costumer) then he continues to tell me OH THATS GONNA BE IN THE MANAGER MEETING, AN ALL KINDA STUFF I DIDNT UNDERSTAND!! So I told him: HEY WHAT YOU GOT GOIN ON HERE BETWEEN UR EMPLOYEES IS NUN OF MY BUSINESS, U NEED TO HANDLE THAT WITH YHEM BEHIND CLOSED DOORS NOT INFRONT OF COSTUMERS, SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! LAWWD HELP THIS PLACE AN THESE FOLKS FYI, I did spend 1k there lastnight!!

  I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. We came to celebrate my nephew’s birthday after traveling from out of town because he was excited to come here. We tried our best not to let him see how frustrating the experience was. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We were the only people in the dining area, yet our server seemed completely overwhelmed. We could clearly hear and see the manager yelling at him, which made everyone uncomfortable. Instead of helping or supporting him, she embarrassed him in front of guests. I ordered The Classic with a black bean patty and simply asked if it could be placed on a different bun. We were told, “It comes how it comes,” with no effort to accommodate a simple request also we asked for no cheese and we saw the ticket say no cheese came out with cheese took 15 mins to get other one and he came and said… I took the tacos off yall ticket? Huh… we didn’t even order tacos we were so confused. We also asked for still water. Instead of confirming what we wanted, the server brought over a bottle of San Pellegrino, opened it before setting it down, and we felt obligated to keep it, also we were told they don’t have it and never have but it’s on the menu and the menus were filthy. Our appetizers came out at the exact same time as our entrées, so we couldn’t enjoy them first. Everything hit the table at once, forcing us to rush through our food before it got cold. My chicken tenders looked undercooked and were very unappetizing. At that point, we didn’t even want to complain because we had already witnessed the manager yelling at the server, and we didn’t want to make the situation worse for him. To top it off, the booths were filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, especially for a birthday celebration. We spent nearly 200$ (food and games) and left feeling like it was a waste of money. Between the poor management, lack of hospitality, dirty dining area, and food issues, we won’t be returning and can’t recommend this location.
