  I had my son’s 11th bday party w/ 25+ people. We played video games, bowled, everyone played laser tag together which was a blast, and the kids loved the human claw machine! I will be returning bc we had so much fun. The manager, Michelle, checked on us and made sure we were well taken care of. Main event really is the ultimate birthday spot for every one of all ages.

  Most of the staff were great and very accommodating. Ponytail/bun guy in the ticket area clearly hates his life. He moved like the sloth from Zootopia. Oh you want to register for laser tag, let me ignore you for 30 seconds and then slowwwwly slink over, look at you super annoyed, and then finally help you out. Clearly hates his job but again the rest of the team working were great. It’s always a great place to go for some fun with the kids so I still recommend it but that guy was very annoying.

  MainEvent on Memorial has really gone downhill over the last year. Not sure why, but overall the quality of the center just isn’t there anymore. Lots of broken games. Or at least many aren’t operating correctly. Got an unlimited bowling pass with an entree for my family group of 7. ($29.99 each) When bowling, they had to move us 3 different times because each of the initial lanes they put us on had issues. Then the lane the put us on had issues as well, but we just decided to ignore it and have fun. Waitress initially seemed very bothered but warmed up after a while. Considering how much you pay to enjoy MainEvent, they really should make a better effort to get it back in order.

  Had a blast here on a Saturday night! We did the arcade games, bowling, laser tag, ropes course, and all 3 escape rooms. The arcade games were okay, some were not working and would just take your credits, which was a bummer. The highlight of the evening was the escape rooms - Nathan was an awesome game master! He was kind, encouraging, and helpful. The rooms are quick but fun. Overall a fun way to spend a Saturday night with three kids!

  I was very disappointed. Majority of the games in there would take your credit and not Allow you to play. In addition, very disappointed with the Sunday quality. My daughter ordered a cotton candy, bunt cake sundae, but only received cotton candy and ice cream. No cake. I ordered the big sundae that shareable and it didn’t even come with all the ingredients like the brownie. Staff were mediocre at best. They literally acted like you were bothering them and you could just tell they do not want to be there. Do not do the escape room unless she wants to be bothered with hints. Operator stated that he would not give him unless we asked. but continued to interrupt our game to tell us whether we were right or not. Very frustrating. It felt like we weren’t even able to play the game. Total waste of money, I would not recommend unless wants to get your money taken.
