- EEEric33rd Eric33rdJun 27, 20261.0I drove all the way from Midwest City (Post Road area) to the Krispy Kreme on Memorial Road specifically to get my son fresh donuts. On a previous visit, we were given stale donuts, and we were told that if we came between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., fresh donuts were guaranteed. We made sure to arrive around 7:15 a.m. because of that. When I asked for fresh donuts, the employee told me they didn’t have any and wouldn’t have any for another 40 minutes because they had made a bad batch of dough. While I understand that mistakes happen, it wasn’t the situation that upset me, it was the employee’s attitude. He seemed completely unconcerned and dismissive, as if it didn’t matter that customers had driven a long distance expecting the fresh donuts that Krispy Kreme advertises. In addition to gas prices being extremely high. When I explained that I had driven all the way from Midwest City based on the guarantee, he simply repeated that he couldn’t give me bad donuts. I wasn’t asking for bad donuts, I was expecting the fresh donuts your company says are guaranteed during those hours. If the dough batch was bad, there should have been a backup plan or at least some effort to make things right for customers who made the trip. A simple apology, a coupon for a future visit, or any gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. Instead, I was met with an attitude that made me feel like my time and business didn’t matter. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope management addresses both the customer service and the process for handling situations like this in the future.

Yesterday at 6:15 on june 24th my and my two young daughters went in and was greated by a lady who had long bright pink braids and my oldest loved them. And complimented her and said she loved them and it was her favorite color. We ordered just a dozen plain donuts and we get home and I open the box and she had given us 16 donuts instead of 12. She was super sweet to my girls.

- DHDeCarol HayesJun 12, 20265.0As we walked in the door today, the young lady behind the counter cheerfullly says, "Would you like to try a hot doughnut?" We said yes. Who wouldn't? The melt in your mouth soft sweetness was a wonderful Friday afternoon treat. So much so that we bought enough to get us through the weekend. The store was clean and the staff is nice. We will be back again.
