The only thing i can say it was kinda hot when it came out. Caribbean Jerk has about as much flavor as black pepper and the seasoned fries werent any better. They will tell some people you get 2 sauces for a 10pc and then charge others for the sauces.

Food was delicious!! I ordered pickup and the fries were still crispy and flavorful by the time I got home and ate. There were too many sauce choices, I couldn’t decide! The ones that I tried (Korean BBQ & Gangnam Style) were very good and I’m excited to go back and try some of the other ones!! I also got the Blueberry Lemonade 💙 it was very refreshing

Sasha was fantastic! Great recommendation. Try the Sweet n’ Smoky when you visit! You won’t need any ranch or bleu cheese. As far as I know the sauces are made in house too. Explains why they were so delicious. Definitely a local spot people should visit! Thanks knockout! Key lime pie and banana pudding are bomb too.

Update: Stopped by this location for dinner and I saw a picture on the counter of a fish dinner, so I ordered the fish and tried to send it back because it was not fresh fish it was a frozen breaded patty and the taste was very off for me. The fish looked "nothing" like the picture. It tasted like the frozen box. Also, a female latino staff member came from outside, went behind the counter started playing with her hair and never washed her hands, she was ready to start touching money & food all at the same time. I was very concerned that she may be in the back handling my food and other customer's food as well. So, I spoke with the "owner" Vicky about my issues with the food quality, violations, safety regulations, I observed during my visit. I know employees are supposed to wash their hands before starting work, but this is not a practice at this establishment based on my observation. Vicky the owner just dismissed my concerns, so I suppose this is business as usual until someone becomes ill with Salmonella or E-Colli or something worse. WILL NOT BE BACK. DO NOT order the fish and it should be removed from the menu ASAP!! Management remind staff to please wash their hands! Fix the AC so customers are more comfortable while dining in and not hot. Sasha the cashier was amazing and doing great work!!! Update: Customer response to (owner)... Vicky, your response does not accurately reflect my experience. I did not return the fish because of a mere “taste preference.” I raised concerns because, in my opinion, the fish did not appear fresh or properly prepared, did not resemble the menu image, and I observed conduct that concerned me regarding handwashing and food handling. I also shared my concerns about the cleanliness uncomfortable temperature, and the quality of the food I purchased. I paid for my meal and was not asked by an employee to leave. I sat and wrote the review after Sasha asked me to do so, including offering pie or chips in connection with leaving a review. I chose chips and left an honest review based on my actual experience. I did not threaten staff or customers. Sharing a truthful, personal customer experience with another patron is not a threat. Disagreeing with a restaurant’s food quality, service, cleanliness, or management is also not a threat. What I find most troubling is that, rather than having an on-site manager address my concerns respectfully, you called the police on a Black paying customer over criticism of a meal and a conversation with another customer. You may characterize that decision differently, but the impact was serious, intimidating, and unnecessary. Police involvement should never be used as a substitute for professional conflict resolution or customer service, particularly when no one was in danger and no crime was being committed. I was not demanding free food. I was expressing dissatisfaction with food I had paid for and documenting my experience. Your response focuses on defending the business rather than acknowledging that a customer can have legitimate concerns about food quality, sanitation, customer-service training, and the decision to involve law enforcement. I stand by my review as my honest account of what I personally experienced. I hope you will reconsider how customer complaints are handled in the future, ensure staff are trained and empowered to resolve concerns, and avoid involving police when a respectful conversation and proper management could address the situation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Knockout Wings lives up to the name!! This was our first visit, and it definitely won't be our last! About 30 minutes before closing, I called to make sure they were still cooking for the night. I explained that I wanted 20 Buffalo wings, but completely understood if they had already shut the kitchen down. I didn't want them to have to re-fire equipment or dirty up a clean station. The woman on the phone couldn't have been kinder. She cheerfully told me our order would be ready in about 15–20 minutes. She never sounded annoyed or inconvenienced—just genuinely friendly. When we arrived, our wings were ready to go. ✅ Pros: ▪️Outstanding customer service from the moment I called. ▪️Friendly, welcoming staff. ▪️Very clean restaurant. ▪️Wings were hot and fresh. ▪️They were packaged perfectly for the 28-minute drive home. Even after the drive, the wings were still hot! ▪️The Buffalo sauce was absolutely delicious. ▪️Wings were flavorful, fresh, and cooked beautifully. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. ⚠️ Con ▪️My only "con" is completely personal preference—I like my wing skin extra crispy and well done. I forgot to request that, so that's on me, not Knockout Wings. Even without that, the wings were still TOP-NOTCH PERFECT! 📌Overall This place absolutely earned 5 stars. (10 in my book) Excellent customer service, excellent food, and an all-around great experience. It's refreshing to find a business that is just as friendly right before closing as they would be in the middle of the day. I literally cannot wait to go back! 🙌EXCELLENT customer service!! 🙌EXCELLENT wings!!
