  River is the best water ever! I made reservations for my birthday dinner and he was incredibly on point with everything. The food was delicious, we got the Foie Gras, bone marrow, edamamie, scorched peppers for starters. Then steaks and scallops for the meals. The drinks we perfect. Champagne, Tokyo old fashioned and wine. The decorations of the restaurant were beautiful, it was almost like being outside in fall with all the colors. 10/10 will come back to try more. Thank you for taking such good care of my cape while we were there! (We were having such a good time i forgot to take pictures of the food!!)

  The atmosphere, food; and staff were incredible! The ingredients were clearly fresh and prepared to perfection. Highly recommend the wagyu selections, I have not had better anywhere in OKC! There is a wide variety of choices on the menu from adventurous to kid-friendly (fried rice, a couple of kids meal options). Our table had the wagyu short ribs, the pork belly, and the beef nachos as appetizers and l would reorder all 3 in a heartbeat. The Wagyu was incredibly tender, I’ve never had pork belly with such a good texture (no chewy bits, all perfectly rendered!) and the nachos were a large portion with great flavors. The drinks were strong and there are delicious mocktail options as well. Do expect to pay for waters—they are served as bottled choices for the table: we got both still and sparkling. It’s a fancy, unexpected touch. Sparkling and still were the same price ($6) for what looks like half a liter. The dessert menu was plentiful from chocolate to fruit to flan and cupcakes. Everything we tried was delicious and really rounded out the meal. Our server River was well informed on the menu and helped us pick dishes we would like including giving helpful opinions about flavor profiles. I appreciate the friendliness and the patience as we celebrated a birthday. Even the staff that brought our food from the kitchen was educated on the menu and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Although they had a full house on a Saturday night, we were able to talk pretty clearly for a table of 7. The decor is on point, both whimsical and stylish, with comfortable seating. Dress ranged from business casual to some folks in designer formalwear. This restaurant has done a great job creating a bespoke experience with a high-end menu without feeling over the top or stuffy. We will be back!

  My husband and I were visiting from out of town and saw this restaurant was highly rated on the Find Me Gluten Free app. This was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had in my 15+ being gluten and dairy free. We sampled 6 different starters and small bites instead of order a main. Our favorites were the crispy tuna, the tuna pizza, and the bao buns but everything was incredible! Our waitress, Brecken, took great care of us and was very attentive and checked with the kitchen on my gluten and dairy allergy. We dinned on a Thursday night and they had a musician playing acoustic music. The ambient was great and we had a very positive experience!

  Horrible service. These people are RUDE! I called trying to speak to a manager about a refund for a “no show” charge that occurred while we were literally AT the restaurant. After multiple calls, I finally got ahold of someone. She was very rude. I asked for a manager. She just kept repeating “how can I help you”. I told her that I needed to speak with a manager and she just kept repeating “how can I help you” in a very rude tone. Then when she finally listened to what I needed, she just said that she’d need to talk to the manager (ironic). Manager of course “not here” just like when we called last week…and the week before. Horrible horrible service. You show up on time for your reservation and still get charged for a “no show”, then you try to rectify it and get treated completely unprofessionally and with copious amounts of attitude. It’s deplorable.

  Review Walking in it’s like you have fallen down the rabbit hole with Alice. There are fake leaves hanging from the ceiling and you feel like you are transported to a fantastical place. My server was Chasity. The service was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful in navigating the menu. I got a bunch of things to try a little bit of the offerings in the menu. Described as “modern Asian” I feel like that accurately describes what is offered. I started with the short ribs and lobster tacos. They were both very good. The short ribs were served on skewers and prepared in a way that confused me for being short ribs. It was more like a steak with Okra on skewers and it was decent. The lobster tacos again were good but didn’t wow me. The mangos were fresh but other than that nothing stood out apart from the wonton shell. Next I got the chicken and truffle dumpling. Another dish that was good not great. Decent flavor but I found the sauce doing so much of the work. I didn’t taste the truffle at all. Next on my courses was a salad. The dressing was good! Sort of smoky and good ginger punch to it. The tofu cubes were the star here. My main course was the Udon noodles with shrimp, it came out very hot but good flavor and the shrimp would be my protein of choice were I to order this again; spoiler… I would not. Finally I ended giving them one more shot to wow me with dessert. I got a strawberry cupcake that was “to die for”. Honestly… this was the best thing I was served all night. The cake was moist and a good not too sweet flavor. The icing was different than I was expecting and a tad gummy but eating it with a spoon I didn’t mind it. A great refreshing strawberry taste that balanced out a more savory meal. Ok, really my biggest issue is that all of the food came out too close together. I would have like things spaced out a lot more so I could take my time and enjoy my dishes as they came and savor them. I wouldn’t say it ruined my dinner but it didn’t help the overall experience. No fault to anyone but if you want to be viewed as a higher end restaurant, let people enjoy and savor the dishes and the experience. It’s a cool social media post happy spot that might make for a better drink stop before you go to your real dinner.
