  Redeemed a birthday sub. It was made without the $7 in add ons. Drive back to have it remade. It was remade with the bare minimum, no mayo and about 10 shreds of lettuce. This location is the one of the worst for speed in general, now they can't make a sandwich correctly.

  Very disappointed with my experience here. order was not ready for pickup at the promised time, causing unnecessary delays. This kind of poor timing affects customers who rely on prompt service. Will try to avoid picking up from here again.

  The experience was terrible because they were extremely rude when they asked if they could take orders before us. To make matters worse, a plus-sized black woman informed us that we had ordered at the wrong location. Moreover, that if the restaurant texts you when your order is ready, it’s not ready. In reality, they had never prepared it before sending the text. We waited for 30 minutes, and they kept yelling at us that our order was Not ordered . They even mentioned that it was under a different name that we had already mentioned . Despite all this we never received an apology and they actually figured out we did place the order

  The most shittiest Jimmy John's, this one franchise should be closed. Made a online order at 7:39pm, never received anything about it being ready or emailed either. Literally at 8:15pm we had to go in to the place and see that the order was sitting on the pick orders stand. The people didn't even greet us as we came in, didn't even question us about the bag that we was picking up off the stand. So basically anyone could come in and pick up any order sitting there on the stand. This is ridiculous. Would leave zero stars.

  We spent $30.00 for two regular sandwiches and had to wait 25 minutes for our food. They were out of gyro meat so we had to change what we were ordering and also out of prepped provolone cheese. My husband’s sandwich did not have enough meat as well. Tables were dirty, and service was mediocre. We enjoy jimmy John’s but this location really needs some work.
