  Y'all, I've been LIVING on Jimmy John's for the past year (my love affair began far earlier,) but I cannot emphasize how much joy the store at NW 23rd + Penn in OKC continues to bring me. Dante and the team are absolutely attentive, kind, and absolutely delightful. They also go above and beyond —leaving a sweet note, maybe a cookie, and I can't say enough good things about how much it has eased my convalescence. And THE FOOD IS ALWAYS NEXT LEVEL. WE LOVE Y'ALL!!! Devon + Kevin ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  ​Dante has been my routine delivery driver for all of my lunch time deliveries when I order JJ for lunch while at work. He has been fantastic and has always delivered with care and kindness. I am so sad that he is going to be leaving on to his next adventure. Whoever replaces him will have big shoes to fill. Thank you Dante for always putting a smile on the faces of the front desk ladies at Reflections Dental Care. We wish you nothing but the best!

  My cousin (who has Parkinsons) attempted to order a sandwich ar the N.W. 23rd Street store. The food was never delivered. Worse yet the manager (worked on Saturday 6/27/25). Was very rude, dismissive and hung up on my cousin & me. I have always had wonderful service at the Hartison address. However, the manager at the N.W. 23rd store is rude and for someone who is supposed to be in customer service to treat an elderly man, who also happens to be physically ill the way he did does not look good for Jimmy John's. When I called to check on the situation before I could finish what I was saying he also hung up on me. Shane on him.

  Shout out to Danté for throwing in a free cookie because there was a little delay. This JJs location never disappoints.
