    After a long drive home it’s nice to have a sandwich with day-old bread, and employees who spend more time on their phones than acknowledging customers. But hey, at least it was “freaky slow.” A sign of the times in America and a microcosm example of the future.

    The worst experience I have ever had at a Jimmy John’s. The employees are usually very helpful and kind which is why I wanted to cater my work lunch from them. Unfortunately when I called the guy who answered was rude and condescending. I was trying to set up a delivery and he just told me they cannot do that and to call a different store. That seems odd because their website stated that location does delivery and I am less than 2 miles from the store so I am unsure why they were all of a sudden “not able to do it”. Overall very disappointed in this location and the people they choose to let run their establishment.

    I mean let’s get it together. What am I doing sitting 50 minutes in a drive through with only two cars in front of me. Sub not even worth it at that rate. Step it up

    I go to this particular store when I am picking up dinner for after my shift. Usually, the employees are nice but it's always felt purely professional. Today though an employee named Rudy helped me and was super nice and helpful. Instead of just treating me as another customer to deal with, he was kind and had a good conversation where I may have talked too much about my fiance but he didn't complain and instead made me feel welcome to be there at the restaurant. I noticed he accidentally put tomatoes on my sandwich despite the ordering it with no tomatoes and instead of just removing them and continuing like most people do, he apologized and restarted on a new piece of bread before I had the chance to acknowledge it. Overall the best employee I've interacted with at any Jimmy John's, Subway, or other fast food restaurant.
