  It was a good service but confusing. Wouldn't call the worst. Definitely not the best pricing or service-why do you charge for veggies on a sandwich???

  I have provided many opportunities (15+ visits) and have never had a freaky fast experience or received all of my order at this location. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes and make sure to check your entire order before you accept your order. It is literally every time and never gets better.

  So slow you’ll freak. One of the sandwich dudes was playing five finger roulette with the knife they use to halve sandwiches. He was successful so we still ate the sandwiches when we finally got them, and yes, they got the order wrong.

  So we had a party of 3, we ordered 2 sandwiches and a wrap with two chips and 2 drinks it took over 25 minutes to get our food. And the order wasn't even right. There were several mistakes. While we were there waiting there were people coming in after going through the drive through with there orders completely incorrect as well. There was a lady who came in to get her order corrected and they still gave it to her wrong the 2nd time they had to make it a 3rd time. Over all service was ehh 😐 and they seemed pretty clueless all 5 of them.

  Very slow. Took over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. All workers looked completely lost and had no idea what they were doing. Will never come back to this location. If this would have been my first visit to a Jimmy John's, it would have caused me to never go to any location again. They were preparing drive thru orders and not working on any dine in. Watched multiple people's orders made incorrectly.
