  Friday June 12th at around 8:57pm my niece went to the drive thru she felt rushed they practically threw her order at her so she decides to check it and sure enough they served her sandwich with the nastiest brown lettuce edges were slimy and when she brought it to their attention they tried to blow it off the little kid mopping is laughing and the supervisor on duty acted rude! Sad they want $15 an hour but can’t provide good service luckily she didn’t eat it and got salmonella and sued the crap out of them! Jimmy John’s really needs to do better this is ridiculous can’t even trust them no more ****update**** Thank you Crystyn for reaching to my niece and making things right and and showing concern to the issue at hand we are very grateful to you and your professional standards

  Ordered a sandwich, and forgot to ask for no peppers, was taking the peppers off and a beetle crawled out of the sandwich and he was covered in mayo!!!
